| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan kepada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, status sosial ekonomi, dan Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2021 dan 2022 yang sudah lulus mata kuliah microteaching sebanyak 94 mahasiswa. Teknik penentuan sampel yaitu total sampling dan analisis data berupa uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner tertutup, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa 1) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru, 2) Status sosial ekonomi berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru, 3) Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This is a quantitative study conducted ton students of Economics Education at Jenderal Soedirman University with the aim of analyzing the influence of emotional intelligence, socio-economic status, and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) on the readiness to become teachers in Economics Education students. The population taken in this study were economics education students from the 2021 and 2022 intakes who had passed the microteaching course, totaling 94 students. The sampling technique was total sampling and data analysis in the form of instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests using SPSS. The data collection technique in this study used closed questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the results obtained were that 1) Emotional intelligence has a positive effect on readiness to become teachers, 2) Socio-economic status has a positive effect on readiness to become teachers, 3) Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) has a positive effect on readiness to become teachers. |
