| Judul Artikel | FORMULA BIOPESTISIDA Bacillus subtilis NPA6 SEBAGAI PENGENDALI Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cepae DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BAWANG MERAH |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penyakit penting pada bawang merah yang dapat menimbulkan banyak kerugian, salah satunya adalah penyakit busuk pangkal atau yang dikenal dengan penyakit moler yang disebabkan oleh Fusarium oxysporum f.sp cepae (Foc). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter kimia formula biopestisida B. subtilis NPA6, efektifitas B. subtilis NPA6 dalam formula sebagai pengendali Foc in vitro, dan efektivitasnya terhadap pertumbuhan bawang merah. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini disusun dalam rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), terdiri atas 5 perlakuan dengan 4 ulangan. Perlakuannya yaitu F0 (kontrol), F1 (air kelapa), F2(air leri), F3(formula padat) dan F4(fungisida). Uji pada tanaman disusun dalam rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), yang terdiri atas 4 perlakuan yaitu P0 (kontrol), P1 (air kelapa), P2(air leri) dan P3(formula padat). Variabel yang diamati meliputi karakter kimia formula cair dan padat biopestisida, daya tahan B. subtilis dalam formula, persentase hambatan biopestisida terhadap Foc, bobot kering miselium, dan daya tumbuh bawang merah dan komponen pertumbuhan yang meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar, dan bobot kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan F2 (air leri) dengan persentase hambatan 63,162% tertinggi yang termasuk kategori hambatan kuat dibanding dengan perlakuan lainnya. Bobot kering miselium pada perlakuan F1(air kelapa) menunjukkan bobot yang lebih sedikit dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya dengan bobot kering 60 miligram. Perlakuan P1(air kelapa) efektif memacu daya tumbuh bawang merah 40 % pada 48 jam namun belum efektif meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman (tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar dan bobot kering). |

Inggris) | An important disease in shallots that can cause many losses, one of which is root rot disease or what is known as moler disease which is caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp onions (Foc). This research aims to determine the chemical characteristics of biopesticide formulas B fine NPA6, effectiveness B. subtilis NPA6 in the formula as Foc operator in vitro, and its effectiveness on shallot growth. The treatments in this study were arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 5 treatments with 4 replications. The treatments were F0 (control), F1 (coconut water), F2 (leri water), F3 (solid formula) and F4 (fungicide). Tests on plants were arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 4 treatments, namely P0 (control), P1 (coconut water), P2 (leri water) and P3 (solid formula). The variables observed included the chemical characteristics of liquid and solid biopesticide formulas, durability B. subtilis in the formula, the percentage of biopesticide resistance to Foc, the dry weight of mycelium, and the growth capacity of shallots and growth components which include plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight, and plant dry weight. The research results showed that treatment F2 (leri water) had the highest percentage of barriers of 63.162%, which was included in the strong barrier category compared to other treatments. The dry weight of mycelium in treatment F1 (coconut water) showed less weight than other treatments with a dry weight of 60 milligrams. Treatment P1 (coconut water) was effective in increasing shallot growth by 40% in 48 hours but was not effective in increasing plant growth (plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight). |
