| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Komunikasi adalah sebuah faktor yang sangat penting untuk menjalin komunikasi terapeutik yang baik antara dokter dengan pasien, maka dari itu komunikasi sangatlah penting sebagai sarana yang sangat efektif dalam memudahkan dokter melaksanakan peran dan fungsinya dengan baik. Untuk menangani pasien, diperlukan sebuah teknik komunikasi khusus karena tujuan komunikasi yang dilakukan dokter kepada pasien adalah untuk mempercepat proses kesembuhan pasien, maka komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh dokter adalah komunikasi terapeutik dimana komunikasi ini dilakukan secara sadar dengan tujuan dan kegiatannya dipusatkan untuk kesembuhan pasien. Dalam mempraktekan komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan oleh dokter kepada pasien dibutuhkan pendekatan evidance based medicine dimana EBM itu sendiri merupakan penerapan kebijakan penatalaksanaan penyakit oleh dokter pada seorang pasien yang dilakukan secara hati – hati dan bijak dalam hal menegakkan diagnosis berdasarkan pada bukti – bukti ilmiah terkini. Maka dari itu, pendekatan evidance based medicine (EBM) dilakukan oleh para dokter untuk berkomunikasi dengan pasien agar bisa membangun kontak sosial dan mempengaruhi orang lain atau pasien untuk berperilaku seperti apa yang diinginkan oleh dokter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan oleh dokter kepada pasien dalam menerapkan sistem evidance based medicine di Poliklinik Perum Jasa Tirta II. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan informan utama dua dokter dan 3 informan pendukung yaitu pasien. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi terapeutik digunakan oleh dokter Poliklinik Perum Jasa Tirta II dalam melakukan wawancara kepada pasien berdasarkan evidance based medicine. Komunikasi yang dilakukan dokter sangat penting dalam mempercepat proses kesembuhan pasien karena dokter membantu pasien dalam memberikan penjelasan bagaimana cara mempercepat proses kesembuhan tesebut. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa Evidance Based Medicine selalu digunakan oleh dokter dalam mendiagnosis penyakit yang diderita oleh pasien. |

Inggris) | Communication is a very important factor to establish a good therapeutic communication between doctor and patient, and therefore communication is as important as a very effective means to facilitate the physician perform the roles and functions properly. To handle the patient, it takes a special communication techniques for communication purposes by physicians to the patients is to accelerate the healing process of the patient, then the communication made by physicians is therapeutic communication in which communication is done consciously with the objectives and activities are focused on the patient. In the practice of therapeutic communication by doctors to patients evidance based medicine approach is required where EBM it’s an application of the policy management of the disease by physicians to a patient is carefully conducted and wise in making the diagnosis based on the latest scientific evidence. Therefore, the approach evidance based medicine (EBM) conducted by the doctors to communicate with patients in order to establish social contact and influence others or the patient to behave like what is desired by the physician. The purpose of this study was to see how therapeutic communication by doctors to patients in implementing systems evidance based medicine at the Polyclinic Perum Jasa Tirta II. This research is a qualitative case study method. Informant selection techniques using purposive sampling with key informants two doctors and three informants endorser is the patient. Data analysis method used is interactive analysis model. These results indicate that therapeutic communication used by doctors clinic Perum Jasa Tirta II in conducting interviews to patients based on evidance based medicine. Physician communication is very important in accelerating the healing process of the patient as the doctor helps the patient in explaining how to speed up the healing process proficiency level. The conclusion that Evidance Based Medicine is always used by doctors in diagnosing illnesses suffered by patients. |
