| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor ekonomi terbesar di Indonesia terutama komoditas padi. Peran mekanisasi pertanian dalam pemanenan padi yaitu penggunaan alat combine harvester. Pemerintah memberikan bantuan combine harvester yang dibagikan kepada kelompok tani atau UPJA di Kabupaten Purbalingga, tetapi bantuan-bantuan tersebut tidak dimanfaatkan atau mangkrak. Peneliti menganalisis penyebab mangkraknya bantuan alat combine harvester menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penggunaan metode ini diawali dengan membuat struktur hirarki terhadap permasalahan mangkraknya combine harvester. Pada hirarki terdapat tujuan utama, kriteria, sub kriteria dan alternatif dari permasalahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis berbagai faktor yang menentukan keputusan petani menggunakan combine harvester dan mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor utama petani dalam memilih sistem pemanenan padi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel desa yang mendapatkan bantuan combine harvester di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Di Kabupaten Purbalingga terdapat 56 desa yang mendapatkan bantuan alat combine harvester dan hampir seluruhnya mangkrak. Penelitian ini menggunakan 112 responden dari total 56 kelompok tani atau UPJA di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor utama yang mempunyai nilai tertinggi adalah faktor sosial sebesar sebesar 0,26723 atau 26,72%. Hasil analisis alternatif pengelolaan combine harvester yaitu penyuluhan penggunaan alat sebesar 0,152152 atau 15,21%. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The agricultural sector is one of the largest economic sectors in Indonesia largely in rice commodity. The role of agricultural mechanization in rice harvesting is the use of combine harvesters. The government provided combine harvester assistance which was distributed to farmer groups or UPJA in Purbalingga Regency, but this assistance was not utilized or stalled. Researchers analyzed the causes of the decline in combine harvester equipment using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The use of this method begins with creating a hierarchical structure for the problem of idle combine harvesters. In the hierarchy there are main objectives, criteria, sub-criteria and alternative problems. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the various factors that determine farmers' decisions to use a combine harvester and to find out and analyze the main factors for farmers in choosing a rice harvesting system. This research was conducted with a sample of villages that received combine harvester assistance in Purbalingga Regency. In Purbalingga Regency, there are 56 villages that received combine harvester assistance and almost all of them have stalled. This research used 112 respondents from a total of 56 farmer groups or UPJA in Purbalingga Regency. The research results show that the main factor with the highest value is the social factor of 0.26723 or 26.72%. The results of the analysis of alternative combine harvester management, namely education on the use of the tool, were 0.152152 or 15.21%. |
