Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Eceng gondok (Eichhornia crassipes) merupakan tumbuhan air yang memiliki kemampuan menyerap nutrien dari perairan, termasuk nitrogen total (N-Total) dan fosfor total (P-Total). Peningkatan kadar nutrien di perairan akibat aktivitas antropogenik dapat menyebabkan pertumbuhan berlebih eceng gondok, yang berpotensi mengganggu keseimbangan ekosistem Waduk Mrica, Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kadar N-Total dan P-Total dengan biomassa kering eceng gondok di Waduk Mrica. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Juni hingga Agustus 2024 dengan metode purposive sampling di lima stasiun pengamatan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menentukan pengaruh kadar N-Total dan P-Total terhadap biomassa kering eceng gondok. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kadar N-Total di Waduk Mrica Banjarnegara tidak berhubungan signifikan terhadap biomassa kering eceng gondok. Sebaliknya, hubungan antara kadar P-Total dengan biomassa kering eceng gondok di Waduk Mrica Banjarnegara bersifat signifikan. Dalam hal produktivitas perairan, nilai produktivitas primer bersih eceng gondok (NPPs,t) menunjukkan nilai tertinggi ditemukan yaitu 463 g/m² dan nilai terendah yaitu 0 g/m2. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kadar N-Total di Waduk Mrica Banjarnegara tidak berhubungan signifikan terhadap biomassa kering eceng gondok. Sebaliknya, hubungan antara kadar P-Total dengan biomassa kering eceng gondok di Waduk Mrica Banjarnegara bersifat signifikan. Dalam hal produktivitas perairan, nilai rata-rata produktivitas primer bersih eceng gondok (NPPs,t) menunjukkan nilai tertinggi ditemukan yaitu 73.206 g/m² dan nila terendah yaitu 463 g/m2.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) is an aquatic plant capable of absorbing nutrients from water, including total nitrogen (N-Total) and total phosphorus (P-Total). Increased nutrient levels in water due to anthropogenic activities can lead to excessive growth of water hyacinth, potentially disrupting the ecological balance of the Mrica Reservoir, Banjarnegara. This study aims to analyze the relationship between N-Total and P-Total levels and the dry biomass of water hyacinth in the Mrica Reservoir. The research was conducted from June to August 2024 using a purposive sampling method at five observation stations. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of N-Total and P-Total levels on the dry biomass of water hyacinth. The conclusion of this study is that the N-Total level in the Mrica Reservoir, Banjarnegara, does not have a significant relationship with the dry biomass of water hyacinth. Conversely, the relationship between P-Total levels and the dry biomass of water hyacinth in the Mrica Reservoir, Banjarnegara, is significant. In terms of aquatic productivity, the net primary productivity (NPPs,t) of water hyacinth showed the highest value of 463 g/ m² and the lowest value of 0 g/ m². The conclusion of this study shows that the N-Total level in the Banjarnegara Pepper Reservoir is not significantly related to dry biomass of water hyacinths. On the other hand, the relationship between P-Total levels and dry biomass of water hyacinths in the Banjarnegara Mrica Reservoir was significant. In terms of aquatic productivity, the average net primary productivity value of water hyacinth (NPPs,t) shows that the highest value found is 73.206 g/m² and the lowest value is 463 g/m².
