| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel growth opportunity, struktur modal, dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan, serta mengetahui dan menganalisis peran profitabilitas dalam memoderasi pengaruh growth opportunity, struktur modal, dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pada indeks IDX High Dividend 20 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 33 perusahaan, sedangkan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 11 perusahaan. Dari 55 data panel diperoleh 44 data time lag, namun karena terdapat 11 data outlier maka jumlah data penelitian setelah trimming adalah 33 data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) growth opportunity tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan; (2) struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan; (3) kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan; (4) profitabilitas tidak memperkuat pengaruh growth opportunity terhadap nilai perusahaan; (5) profitabilitas tidak memperkuat pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan; (6) profitabilitas tidak memperkuat pengaruh kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan pada indeks IDX High Dividend 20 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. |

Inggris) | The aims of this research were to find out and to analyze the effect of growth opportunity, capital structure, and dividend policy on firm value, as well as to find out and to analyze the moderating role of profitability in the effect of growth opportunity, capital structure, and dividend policy on firm value. Subject of this research was companies in IDX High Dividend 20 Index listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange year of 2019-2023. Population within research was 33 companies, while sample was determined by purposive sampling technique so it was obtained 11 companies. From 55 panel data, it was obtained 44 data of time lag, but there were 11 outliers so number of research data after trimming was 33 panel data. The results within research show that: (1) growth opportunity has no a positive effect on firm value; (2) capital structure has no effect on firm value; (3) dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value; (4) profitability has no strengthen the influence of growth opportunities on firm value; (5) profitability has no strengthen the influence of capital structure on firm value; (6) profitability has no strengthen the influence of dividend policy on firm value at the IDX High Dividend 20 index listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. |
