| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pada tahun 2021, Kemenparekraf meluncurkan program gasrodiplomasi, yaitu Indonesia Spice Up The World (ISUTW). Program tersebut menargetkan pada tahun 2024, Indonesia dapat menghadirkan 4.000 restoran di luar negeri dan meningkatkan ekspor rempah dan produk bumbu. Salah satu negara target program ini adalah Belanda yang memiliki hubungan historis, salah satu eksportir rempah terbesar, dan memiliki sebaran diaspora Indonesia yang besar. Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno, dalam Weekly Brief With Sandi Uno pada 19 Juni 2023 menyatakan bahwa sebanyak 10 persen dari target dalam program ISUTW telah diserap oleh Belanda. Hal ini menunjukkan keberhasilan Belanda dalam berkontribusi terhadap target dari program ISUTW. Oleh karena itu, penulis ingin menganalisis keberhasilan gastrodiplomasi Indonesia di Belanda dalam program ISUTW dari tahun 2021 hingga tahun 2024 menggunakan konsep strategi gastrodiplomasi Zhang Juyan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | In 2021, Kemenparekraf launched a gasrodiplomacy program, namely Indonesia Spice Up The World (ISUTW). The program targets that by 2024, Indonesia will have 4,000 restaurants abroad and increase exports of spices and seasoning products. One of the target countries for this program is the Netherlands, which has a historical relationship, is one of the largest exporters of spices, and has a large distribution of the Indonesian diaspora. Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno, in the Weekly Brief With Sandi Uno on June 19, 2023 stated that as much as 10 percent of the target in the ISUTW program had been absorbed by the Netherlands. This shows the success of the Netherlands in contributing to the target of the ISUTW program. Therefore, the author wants to analyze the success of Indonesia's gastrodiplomacy in the Netherlands in the ISUTW program from 2021 to 2024 using Zhang Juyan's concept of gastrodiplomacy strategy. |
