| Judul Artikel | FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI HIPERTENSI PADA USIA PRODUKTIF (15-59 TAHUN) DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS KALIBAGOR |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Data Riskesdas (2018) menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi hipertensi usia produktif di Indonesia meningkat dari 25,8% pada tahun 2013 menjadi 34,1% pada tahun 2018. Umumnya hipertensi diderita oleh lansia, tetapi di wilayah Kalibagor didominasi oleh usia produktif (53%). Hipertensi usia produktif yang tidak dikendalikan dapat menjadi faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskuler dan kematian saat memasuki usia lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian hipertensi usia produktif di wilayah Puskesmas Kalibagor. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan metode kasus kontrol. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu, riwayat hipertensi keluarga, paparan informasi, aktivitas fisik, pola makan, manajemen stres, kualitas tidur, pendidikan, dan pendapatan keluarga. Sampel kasus sebanyak 50 responden dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling dan kontrol 100 responden menggunakan accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Hasil Penelitian: Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian hipertensi usia produktif di wilayah Puskesmas Kalibagor yaitu, paparan informasi yang kurang baik (p-value=0.033, OR=2.993, CI 95%=1.092–8.202), aktivitas fisik yang berisiko (p-value=0.001, OR=8.305, CI 95%=2.901-23.776), pola makan yang kurang baik (p-value=0.001, OR=5.893, CI 95%=2.322–14.956), dan manajemen stres yang kurang baik (p-value=0.001, OR=6.481, CI 95%=2.219–18.931). Kesimpulan: Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kejadian hipertensi usia produktif di wilayah Puskesmas Kalibagor adalah aktivitas fisik yang berisiko (p-value=0.001, OR=8.305, CI 95%=2.901–23.776). |

Inggris) | Background: Data from Riskesdas (2018) indicate that the prevalence of hypertension among individuals of productive age in Indonesia increased from 25.8% in 2013 to 34.1% in 2018. Although typically more prevalent in the elderly, hypertension in Kalibagor predominantly affects individuals of productive age (53%). Uncontrolled hypertension in productive-age individuals may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and mortality later in life. This study aims to identify risk factors for hypertension among the productive-age population in the Kalibagor Public Health Center area. Method: This study employed an analytical observational research design using a case-control method. The variables studied were family history of hypertension, information exposure, physical activity, diet, stress management, sleep quality, education, and family income. The case sample consisted of 50 respondents selected through simple random sampling, while the control group included 100 respondents chosen through accidental sampling. Data were collected through interviews using a questionnaire and analyzed using logistic regression Results: The risk factors associated with the incidence of hypertension among individuals in the productive age group in the Kalibagor Health Center area are poor exposure to health information (p-value=0.033, OR=2.993, 95% CI=1.092–8.202), high-risk physical activity (p-value=0.001, OR=8.305, 95% CI=2.901–23.776), unhealthy dietary habits (p-value=0.001, OR=5.893, 95% CI=2.322–14.956), and poor stress management (p-value=0.001, OR=6.481, 95% CI=2.219–18.931). Conclusion: High-risk physical activity is the most significant factor associated with the incidence of hypertension among individuals in the productive age group in the Kalibagor Health Center area (p-value=0.001, OR=8.305, 95% CI=2.901–23.776). |
