Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Kambing Sapera merupakan kambing penghasil susu dengan kandungan lemak yang tinggi. Kandungan lemak dalam susu merupakan komponen penting selain protein yang mempengaruhi harga jual. Informasi mengenai hubungan trigliserida dan kolesterol darah dengan kadar lemak dalam susu masih terbatas padahal penting dalam evaluasi pakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji hubungan antar parameter tersebut pada kambing Sapera khususnya di daerah Wonosobo dan Banyumas. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sebanyak 30 ekor. Sampel darah diambil melalui vena jugularis dan di tampung pada tabung EDTA dan susu sebanyak 100ml. data dianalisis menggunakan deskriptip, korelasi pearson dan regresi linear, sedangkan uji-t digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kedua wilayah. Hasil nilai rata-rata, maksimum, minimum, secara berurutan diperoleh pada trigliserida (19,78; 36,13; 1,33 mg/dl), kolesterol (145,09; 248,05; 93,45 mg/dl), lemak susu (4,58; 6,12; 3,43%). Kadar trigliserida memiliki hubungan negative dengan lemak susu (R2 = -0,2467), sedangkan kadar kolesterol memiliki hubungan positive dengan lemak susu (R2= 0,1789). Uji-t menunjukkan bahwa trigliserida, kolesterol dan lemak susu antara kedua farm tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05).
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Sapera goats are goats that produce milk with high fat content. The fat content in milk is an important component besides protein that affects the selling price. Information on the relationship between triglycerides and blood cholesterol with fat content in milk is still limited even though it is important in feed evaluation. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between these parameters in Sapera goats, especially in the Wonosobo and Banyumas areas. Samples were taken using a purposive technique of 30 goats. Blood samples were taken through the jugular vein and collected in EDTA tubes and 100 ml of milk. Data were analyzed using descriptive, Pearson correlation and linear regression, while the t-test was used to determine the differences between the two regions. The results of the average, maximum, minimum values, respectively, were obtained for triglycerides (19.78; 36.13; 1.33 mg/dl), cholesterol (145.09; 248.05; 93.45 mg/dl), milk fat (4.58; 6.12; 3.43%). Triglyceride levels have a negative relationship with milk fat (R2 = -0.2467), while cholesterol levels have a positive relationship with milk fat (R2 = 0.1789). The t-test showed that triglycerides, cholesterol and milk fat between the two farms were not significantly different (P>0.05).
