| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh informasi yang dibagikan oleh @slbb.yakut.pwt, sebuah username akun instagram milik SLB B YAKUT Purwokerto yang merupakan sekolah untuk anak tunarungu dan tunawicara yang berlokasi di Kota Purwokerto, terhadap keputusan wall murid dalam menyekolahkan anaknya di SLB B YAKUT Purwokerto. Partisipan peneiitian yang merupakan waii murid berjumlah 48 orang, dipilih secara acak dan diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner yang diberikan kepada mereka dan dari situlah data yang diambil dari kuesioner tersebut diolah dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para wali murid cukup besar dipengaruhi oien informasi yang dibagikan pihak sekolah melalui akun instagram milik sekolah itu dan oleh karena itu mereka memutuskan untuk menyekolahkan anaknya di SLB B YAKUT Purwokerto. Hasil tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis yang menyatakan bahwa pengaruh variabel x penelitian terhadap variabel y adaian sebesar 0,806. Dengan kata lain pengaruinya sangat kuat dan maka dari itu pihak SLB B YAKUT Purwokerto hendaknya terus memanfaatkan dan meningkatkan kegiatan kehumasannya dengan publik eksternal dengan menggunakan akun instagram yang dimilikinya. |

Inggris) | This research investigated the effect of the information shared by @slbb.yakut.pwt, a username of an instagram account owned by SLB B YAKUT Purwokerto which is a school for hearing and speech impaired kids located in the city of Purwokerto, on the student guardian's decision to send their child to SLB B YAKUT Purwokerto. Participants which are student guardians, 48 in total, were picked randomly and asked to fill in the questionnares provided to them and from there the data taken from the questionnares were processed with the help of SPSS. The result showed that the students guardians were influenced quite greatly by the information shared by the school via instagram account that the school owns and therefore they decided to send their child to SLB B YAKUT Purwokerto. This result can be proven by the result of the analysis which said that the effect of the x variable of the research has on the y variable is 0,806. In other words, the effect is very strong and therefore the SLB B YAKUT Purwokerto should continue to use and improve their PR activities with the external public using the instagram account that they have. |
