| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pemerintah Indonesia telah berkomitmen untuk berperan aktif dalam upaya global mengurangi dampak pemanasan global. Salah satu langkah yang dilakukan adalah mendorong partisipasi civitas academica dalam penerapan konsep bangunan berkelanjutan atau green campus. Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, khususnya Fakultas Teknik, menggunakan UI GreenMetric sebagai alat evaluasi untuk menilai keberlanjutan kampus. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih rendahnya kesadaran civitas academica terhadap pentingnya pembangunan berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi pemanasan global. Hal ini tercermin dari kurangnya infrastruktur yang mendukung keberlanjutan, khususnya pada aspek pengelolaan limbah dan air. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Pendekatan ini dipilih untuk memberikan gambaran yang mendalam mengenai fenomena yang terjadi berdasarkan data empiris di lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang menginterpretasikan kondisi aktual terkait pengelolaan limbah dan air di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, dengan mengacu pada indikator UI GreenMetric. Hasil penelitian pada kategori limbah (waste) adalah 375 poin dari total 1800 poin, dengan capaian persentase sebesar 20,83%. Sementara itu, kategori air (water) memperoleh 100 poin dari 1000 poin, dengan persentase capaian sebesar 10%. Untuk meningkatkan skor dan keberlanjutan kampus, rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi penyediaan tempat sampah terklasifikasi, fasilitas air minum isi ulang, daur ulang air, pemanfaatan kembali limbah, pembangunan Water Treatment Plant (WTP), pemasangan instalasi pengolahan air limbah (IPAL), kerja sama dengan pihak ketiga terkait limbah beracun, serta edukasi bagi civitas akademika. Rekomendasi yang diberikan diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan peringkat UI GreenMetric serta mendukung terciptanya lingkungan kampus yang lebih berkelanjutan |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Indonesian government has committed to play an active role in global efforts to reduce the impact of global warming. One of the steps taken is to encourage the participation of the academic community in the application of the concept of sustainable buildings or green campus. Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, especially the Faculty of Engineering, uses UI GreenMetric as an evaluation tool to assess campus sustainability. This research was conducted because of the low awareness of the academic community towards the importance of sustainable development in the face of global warming. This is reflected in the lack of infrastructure that supports sustainability, especially in the aspects of waste and water management. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. This approach was chosen to provide an in-depth description of the phenomena that occur based on empirical data in the field. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and documentation that interpreted the actual conditions related to waste and water management at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, with reference to UI GreenMetric indicators.The research results in the waste category are 375 points out of a total of 1800 points, with a percentage achievement of 20.83%. Meanwhile, the water category obtained 100 points out of 1000 points, with a percentage achievement of 10%. To improve the score and sustainability of the campus, the recommendations provided include the provision of classified waste bins, refillable drinking water facilities, water recycling, waste reutilization, construction of a Water Treatment Plant (WTP), installation of a wastewater treatment plant (IPAL), cooperation with third parties related to toxic waste, and education for the academic community. The recommendations provided are expected toc help improve the UI GreenMetric ranking and support the creation of a more sustainable campus environment. |
