| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Lampu berperan penting dalam menunjang aktivitas manusia, khususnya di sektor industri dan komersial untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Namun, sistem pencahayaan konvensional seperti sakelar manual kurang efisien dan rawan pemborosan energi. Di ruang Engineering Department 2nd Floor PT. Bridgestone Tire Indonesia Karawang Plant, masih digunakan sistem konvensional. Untuk itu, dikembangkan sistem otomatis berbasis IoT guna meningkatkan efisiensi energi melalui sensor gerak, kendali jarak jauh (Blynk), timer, dan monitoring energi (ThingSpeak). Sensor gerak mampu mendeteksi aktivitas manusia dalam radius 2 meter dengan waktu respon rata-rata 0,288 detik. Platform Blynk terintegrasi baik dengan waktu respon 0,31–0,376 detik, sedangkan ThingSpeak berhasil menampilkan data konsumsi energi. Sensor PZEM-004T menunjukkan error tegangan 0–0,570%, arus 4,310–5,172%, dan timer control dengan error 0%. Sistem ini mampu menghemat energi hingga 77,77%, mendukung efisiensi dalam operasional pencahayaan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Lighting plays an important role in supporting human activities, especially in the industrial and commercial sectors to increase productivity. However, conventional lighting systems such as manual switches are less efficient and prone to energy waste. In the Engineering Department 2nd Floor room of PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia Karawang Plant, a conventional system is still used. For this reason, an IoT-based automated system was developed to improve energy efficiency through motion sensors, remote control (Blynk), timers, and energy monitoring (ThingSpeak). The motion sensor is able to detect human activity within a 2-meter radius with an average response time of 0.288 seconds. The Blynk platform was well integrated with a response time of 0.31-0.376 seconds, while ThingSpeak successfully displayed energy consumption data. The PZEM-004T sensor shows an error of 0-0.570% voltage, 4.310-5.172% current, and timer control with 0% error. The system was able to save up to 77.77% energy, supporting efficiency in lighting operations. |
