| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Regresi linier berganda yaitu metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dua atau lebih variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Namun, metode ini menjadi kurang optimal ketika data mengandung pencilan. Salah satu metode pendekatan dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah regresi robust estimasi M, yang menerapkan fungsi pembobot untuk meminimalkan pengaruh pencilan terhadap model. Studi ini membandingkan dua fungsi pembobot, yaitu Bisquare Tukey dan Welsch. Pemilihan model terbaik didasarkan pada perbandingan nilai adjusted R-Squared dan mean squared error dari masing-masing model. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model yang direkomendasikan adalah model dengan fungsi pembobot Welsch yang memiliki nilai adjusted R-Squared sebesar 0,9949984 dan nilai MSE sebesar 0,09477644. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Multiple linear regression as a method used to determine the influence of two or more independent variables on a dependent variable. However, this method becomes less optimal when the data contains outliers. One of the approaches method in solving this problem is robust regression with M estimation, which applies a weighting function to minimize the influence of outliers on the model. This study compares two weighting functions, namely Bisquare Tukey and Welsch. The selection of the best model is based on the comparison of the adjusted R-Squared values and the mean squared error of each model. The results show that the recommended model is the model with the Welsch weighting function has an adjusted R-Squared value of 0.9949984 and an MSE value of 0.09477644. |
