| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : HNP lumbal merupakan keadaan dimana terjadi penonjolan nukleus pulposus ke dalam kanalis vertebralis yang mengakibatkan penekanan pada radiks saraf. Nyeri yang dirasakan berpengaruh terhadap aspek fungsional dalam menjalankan aktivitas dan kemampuan harian. Beberapa penelitian melaporkan hasil yang lebih baik setelah dilakukannya terapi konservatif disertai terapi rehabilitasi medik pada pasien HNP lumbal. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan skala fungsi sosial pasien HNP lumbal terapi konservatif dengan dan tanpa rehabilitasi medik di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metode : Metode penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan case control. Sampel berjumlah 30 responden. Pengambilan sampel kelompok kasus adalah total sampling dan pada kelompok kontrol dilakukan matching berdasarkan usia dan jenis kelamin. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Paired T Test. Hasil : Hasil penelitian pada kelompok kasus skala fungsi sosial terbanyak adalah skala 2 (16,7%) dan skala fungsi sosial terbanyak pada kelompok kontrol adalah skala 3 (13,3%). Hasil tersebut menunjukan kelompok yang melakukan terapi konservatif dengan rehabilitasi medik memiliki skala fungsi sosial lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok yang tanpa terapi rehabilitasi medik (p = 0,000). Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbedaan skala fungsi sosial yang signifikan secara statistik antara pasien HNP lumbal dengan dan tanpa rehabilitasi medik di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : Lumbar HNP is a situation where there is protrusion of the nucleus pulposus into the vertebral canal which resulted in an emphasis on the nerve root. The pain was affects the functional aspect and capabilities in carrying out daily activities. Several studies have reported better results after conservative treatment does therapy with medical rehabilitation in patients with lumbar HNP. Objective : This study aimed to determine differences in the social function scale conservative treatment of lumbar HNP patients with and without medical rehabilitation in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital Purwokerto. Methods : This research method is the analytical observational with case control approach. totally was 30 respondents. Sampling in the case is the total sampling, and in the control group matched by age and sex. Analysis of the data used a Paired T Test. Results : The result in the case of most social functioning scale was scale 2 (16,7%) and the highest in the scale of social functioning scale of the control group was 3 (13,3%). The results showed that those who had conservative treatment with medical rehabilitation have better social functioning scales than those without medical rehabilitation on therapy (p = 0,000). Conclusion : There are differences in the scale of social functioning were statistically significant between patients with and without lumbar HNP medical rehabilitation in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo hospital Purwokerto. |
