| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Stres pada umumnya dapat terjadi pada berbagai jenis kelompok masyarakat, terutama para pekerja. Perawat memiliki intensitas kerja yang tinggi sehingga menimbulkan berbagai faktor yang memicu stres. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi faktor risiko stres kerja yaitu beban kerja, jenis kelamin, usia, shift kerja, peran ganda, dukungan sosial, dan masa kerja. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja pada perawat di RS Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah 105 perawat di RS Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 105 perawat dengan teknik total sampling. Analisis data univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat Hasil Penelitian: Variabel yang mempengaruhi stres kerja pada perawat di RS Wijayakusuma Purwokerto adalah peran ganda (p=0,000), beban kerja (p=0,000), dan usia (p=0,011). Variabel yang tidak berpengaruh adalah jenis kelamin (p=0,962), tingkat pendidikan (p=0,880), masa kerja (p=0,205), shift kerja (p=0,402), dan dukungan sosial (p=0,926). Kesimpulan: Variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja pada perawat di RS Wijayakusuma Purwokerto adalah peran ganda, beban kerja, dan usia. Variabel paling berpengaruh adalah peran ganda dengan OR 19,295. Perawat disarankan untuk belajar mengelola waktu dengan lebih baik, meningkatkan ketahanan terhadap beban kerja, dan mengupayakan untuk selalu beradaptasi serta terus lakukan olahraga. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Stress is common across various community groups, particularly among workers. Nurses have high work intensity, which triggers various factors leading to stress. Several risk factors for work-related stress include workload, gender, age, work shifts, role conflict, social support, and duration of employment. This studi aims to identify the factors influencing work-related stress among nurses at Wijayakusuma Hospital Purwokerto. Methods: This quantitative research employed a cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of 108 nurses at Wijayakusuma Hospital Purwokerto. The research sample included 105 nurses, selected using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate technique. Results: The variables affecting occupational stress among nurses at Wijayakusuma Hospital Purwokerto were role conflict (p=0.000), workload (p=0.000), and age (p=0.011). Variables that did not significantly influence stress were gender (p=0.962), education (p=0.880), duration of employment (p=0.205), work shifts (p=0.402), and social support (p=0.926). Conclusion: The significant factors influencing occupational stress among nurses at Wijayakusuma Hospital Purwokerto were dual role, workload, and age with dual role being the most influential (OR=19,295). Nurses are advised to improve their time management skills, enhance their resilience to workload, and strive to continuously adapt as well as maintain physical exercise. |
