| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh fortifikasi mineral magnesium dan sulfur dalam pakan terhadap sintesis protein mikroba rumen dan kecernaan protein secara in vtro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fortifikasi mineral magnesium dan sulfur dalam pakan terhadap sintesis protein mikroba rumen dan kecernaan protein secara in vtro telah dilaksanakan pada 16 November – 15 Desember 2024. Pakan yang diberikan berupa jerami padi amoniasi (50%) dan konsentrat (25%). Metode eksperimental secara in vitro menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) one way classification. Rata-rata sintesis protein mikroba pada penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 174,75 – 215,75 mg/20 ml. Rata-rata kecernaan protein yaitu 20,10 – 38,94%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa fortifikasi mineral magnesium dan sulfur berpengaruh nyata (P < 0,05) terhadap sintesis protein mikroba dan fortifikasi mineral magnesium dan sulfur memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kecernaan protein. Hasil uji BNJ sintesis protein mikroba rumen tertinggi dicapai pada pakan yang tidak difortifikasi mineral magnesium dan sulfru (P1) yaitu sebesar 215,75 mg/20 ml dan kecernaan protein tertinggi dicapai pada pakan yang difortifikasi mineral magnesium (P2) yaitu sebesar 38,94%. Untuk mendapatkan kecernaan protein tertinggi pakan dengan imbangan hijauan 50% dan konsentrat 50% perlu difortifikasi mineral magnesium. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study is entitled the effect of dietary magnesium and sulfur mineral fortification on rumen microbial protein synthesis and protein digestibility in vitro. This study aims to determine the effect of dietary magnesium and sulfur mineral fortification on rumen microbial protein synthesis and protein digestibility in vitro has been carried out on November 16 – December 15, 2024. The feed provided was in the form of ammonia rice straw (50%) and concentrate (50%). The experimental method in vitro used a Complete Random Design (CRD) one way classification. The average rumen microbial protein synthesis in this study was 174,75 – 215,75 mg/20 ml. The average of protein digestibility was 20,10 – 38,94%. The results showed that magnesium and sulfur mineral fortification had a significant effect (P < 0.05) on microbial protein synthesis and magnesium and sulfur mineral fortification had a very significant effect (P < 0.01) on protein digestibility. The BNJ test results of the highest rumen microbial protein synthesis was achieved in feed that was not fortified with magnesium and sulfru minerals (P1) which amounted to 215.75 mg/20 ml and the highest protein digestibility was achieved in feed fortified with magnesium minerals (P2) which amounted to 38.94%. The results of the BNJ test showed that the highest rumen microbial protein synthesis was achieved in feed without magnesium and sulfur fortification (P1) of 215,75 mg/20 ml and the highest protein digestibility was achieved in feed with magnesium fortification (P2) of 38,94%. To get the highest protein digestibility, feed with a balance of 50% forage and 50% concentrate needs to be fortified with the mineral magnesium. |
