| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sebagai salah satu kajian dalam hubungan internasional, kebijakan domestik maupun luar negeri suatu negara harus memperhatikan aspek proteksi lingkungan dalam etika lingkungan. Perspektif ekosentrisme turut andil dalam pertimbangan peran pemerintah China membentuk prioritas ecological civilization karena pembangunan yang mempertimbangkan aspek perlindungan lingkungan saja tidak cukup, tetapi bagaimana sumber daya alam yang digunakan untuk pembangunan negara dan ekonominya bersifat rasional, tidak eksploitatif, dan ada batasan. Unified Supervision and Management System menjadi sistem kesatuan untuk memonitor bagaimana implementasi indikator ecological civilization. Melalui metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan tringulasi data sebagai teknik analisis data, penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan yang tidak hanya memperhatikan perspektif dalam negara China, tetapi juga membandingkan dengan sumber kredibel lainnya, seperti PBB untuk menghindari bias. Berdasarkan teori ekosentrisme, pemerintah China telah menerapkan bagaimana proteksi lingkungan juga diperhatikan sehingga dalam era industralisasi, margin GDP dan asset sumber daya alam tetap mencapai ekuilibrium. |

Inggris) | As one of the studies in international relations, a country's domestic and foreign policies must pay attention to aspects of environmental protection in environmental ethics. The perspective of ecocentrism contributes to the consideration of the role of the Chinese government in shaping the priorities of ecological civilization because development that considers aspects of environmental protection is not enough, but how natural resources are used for the development of the country and its economy is rational, not exploitative, and there are limits. Unified Supervision and Management System becomes a unified system to monitor how the implementation of ecological civilization indicators. Through qualitative methods using data triangulation as a data analysis technique, this research produces a conclusion that not only pays attention to perspectives within the Chinese state, but also compares with other credible sources, such as the United Nations to avoid bias. Based on the theory of ecocentrism, the Chinese government has implemented how environmental protection is also considered so that in the era of industrialization, GDP margins and natural resource assets still reach equilibrium. |
