| Judul Artikel | ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PEMANFAATAN POSBINDU PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR (PTM) DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS PURWOKERTO SELATAN KABUPATEN BANYUMAS |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) merupakan penyebab utama kematian global. Posbindu PTM bertujuan untuk mencegah dan mengendalikan PTM, namun pemanfaatannya di Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan masih rendah. Rata-rata kunjungannya hanya 2,6% tiap Fosbindu, jauh di bawah target 100%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM di wilayah tersebut. Metode: Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, status pekerjaan, pendapatan, pengetahuan, persepsi individu, ketersediaan fasilitas, akses pelayanan kesehatan, akses informasi, dukungan kader, dan dukungan keluarga terhadap pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM di Wilayah Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional, populasinya yaitu masyarakat usia produktif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling sebanyak 110 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara kuesioner. Analisis data penelitian terdiri dari analisis univariat, analisis bivariat dan analisis multivariat. Hasil: Variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan adalah akses informasi (p = 0,021; OR = 5,000; CI 95% = 1,268 – 19,714), variabel yang tidak berpengaruh adalah pengetahuan (p = 0,498; OR = 1,534; CI 95% = 0,444 – 5,298), persepsi individu (p = 0,279; OR = 2,000; CI 95% = 0,570 – 7,019), akses pelayanan kesehatan (p = 0,325; OR = 3,111; CI 95% = 0,325 – 29,812), dukungan kader (p = 0,112; OR = 5,811; CI 95% = 0,662 – 51,020), dan dukungan keluarga ( p = 0,929; OR = 0,940; CI 95% = 0,245 – 3,613). Kesimpulan: Akses informasi merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM di Wilayah Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) are a major global cause of death. Posbindu PTM aims to prevent and control NCDs, but its utilization in the Purwokerto Selatan Community Health Center area remains low, with an average annual visit rate of only 2.6% for each Posbindu, far below the target achievement of 100%. This study aimed to determine the factors affecting the utilization of Posbindu PTM in the Purwokerto Selatan area. Methods: This study analyzes the relationship between gender, education level, employment status, income, knowledge, individual perception, availability of facilities, access to healthcare services, access to information, support from health cadres, and family support with the utilization of Posbindu PTM in the Purwokerto Selatan Community Health Center area. The research design used is cross-sectional, with a population of productive-age individuals and a sample of 110 respondents selected using proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted through observation and questionnaire interviews. Data analysis consisted of univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses Results: The variable significantly affecting the utilization of Posbindu PTM was access to information (p = 0.021; OR = 5.000; 95% CI = 1.268–19.714). Meanwhile, variables that did not significantly influence utilization included knowledge (p = 0.498; OR = 1.534; 95% CI = 0.444– 5.298), individual perception (p = 0.279; OR = 2.000; 95% CI = 0.570–7.019), access to healthcare services (p = 0.325; OR = 3.111; 95% CI = 0.325–29.812), support from health cadres (p = 0.112; OR = 5.811; 95% CI = 0.662–51.020), and family support (p = 0.929; OR = 0.940; 95% CI = 0.245– 3.613). Conclusion: Access to information is the key factor affecting the utilization of Posbindu PTM in the Purwokerto Selatan Community Health Center area.
