| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, dan entrepreneurship training terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa; (2) Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila berpengaruh positif terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa; (3) Entrepreneurship training berpengaruh positif terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa. Implikasi pada penelitian ini yaitu : peran aktif pihak sekolah dalam mendukung kegiatan kewirausahaan sangat penting untuk mendorong pengembangan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa dengan meningkatkan kolaborasi dengan pelaku usaha untuk menciptakan program yang memberikan siswa pengalaman praktis dalam memulai dan menjalankan usaha. Guru perlu lebih peka dalam mengenali potensi dan minat siswa. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of entrepreneurship education, the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, and entrepreneurship training on students' entrepreneurial spirit. The sample for this research was determined using a purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria. The results of this research show: (1) Entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on students' entrepreneurial spirit; (2) The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project has a positive influence on students' entrepreneurial spirit; (3) Entrepreneurship training has a positive effect on students' entrepreneurial spirit. The implications of this research are: the active role of schools in supporting entrepreneurial activities is very important to encourage the development of students' entrepreneurial spirit by increasing collaboration with business actors to create programs that provide students with practical experience in starting and running a business. Teachers need to be more sensitive in recognizing students' potential and interests. |
