| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Angka kematian ibu (AKI) merupakan indikator utama dalam menilai kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di suatu wilayah. Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan memiliki peran penting dalam menurunkan AKI melalui berbagai upaya pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan dalam upaya menurunkan AKI. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitas pelayanan publik berdasarkan teori Zeithaml, Parasuraman, dan Berry yang mencakup aspek bukti fisik (tangible), keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empathy). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek reliability, assurance, dan empathy sudah baik, sementara aspek tangible dan responsiveness masih memerlukan perbaikan, terutama dalam hal fasilitas dan partisipasi ibu hamil dalam kelas ibu hamil. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan cukup baik, tetapi masih terdapat aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Maternal mortality rate (MMR) is the main indicator in assessing the quality of health services in a region. South Purwokerto Health Center has an important role in reducing MMR through various health service efforts. This study aims to assess the quality of health services at South Purwokerto Health Center in an effort to reduce MMR. This study uses a public service quality approach based on the theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman, and Berry which includes aspects of tangible evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the aspects of reliability, assurance, and empathy are good, while the tangible and responsiveness aspects still need improvement, especially in terms of facilities and participation of pregnant women in pregnancy classes. The conclusion of this study shows that overall, the quality of health services at South Purwokerto Health Center is quite good, but there are still aspects that need to be improved. |
