| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tesis ini berjudul Analisis Wacana Multimodal dalam Situs Pariwisata Berkelanjutan: Studi kasus geoparkkebumen.id. Pariwisata berkelanjutan adalah konsep yang disetujui untuk mendukung sektor pariwisata Indonesia. Untuk menyebarluaskan kesadaran tersebut, antusias semua pihak bersifat penting. Salah satu platform komunikasi untuk menyebarkan informasi saat ini adalah situs. Oleh karena itu, penulis situs dituntut untuk memberikan setiap informasi selengkap mungkin. Dalam hal ini, multimodal muncul untuk membantu penulis situs. Penelitian ini menganalisa 5 tampilan beranda dalam situs geoparkkebumen.id yang mengandung multimodal. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis data. Dalam membahas data-data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teori analisis wacana multimodal menurut Kress & van Leeuwen (2021) untuk mengklasifikasikan multimodalitas dan untuk menganalisis sudut pandang gambar naturalistik. Di samping itu, peneliti menganalisis majas menggunakan teori strategi-strategi persuasif Lamb dan gambar-gambar non-naturalistik menggunakan teori semiotik Peirce. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penemuan 129 mode verbal dan 302 mode visual. Dengan demikian, kelima tampilan pada beranda di geoparkkebumen.id mengandung mode verbal dan visual. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This thesis entitled Multimodal Discourse Analysis on Sustainable Tourism Website: A Case Based Study of geoparkkebumen.id. Sustainable tourism is an acceptable concept to support the Indonesian tourism sector. In order to share this awareness, the enthusiasm of all parties is essential. One of communication platform to spread information nowadays is website. Thus, a website writer has an essential role to put every information as complete as possible. In this situation, multimodality appears to help the website writer. This research analyzes the finding of 5 displays of the homepage in website geoparkkebumen.id that contain multimodality. The researcher uses a qualitative method to analyze the data. In order to elaborate the data, the researcher uses multimodal discourse analysis theory by Kress & van Leeuwen (2021) to classify the multimodality and to analyze the angle of each naturalistic image. Besides, the researcher analyzes the figurative language theory with Lamb’s persuasive strategies theory and the non-naturalistic images with Peirce’s semiotic theory. The research discovered the findings of 129 verbal modes and 302 visual modes. As a result, 5 displays of the homepage in geoparkkebumen.id contain verbal and visual modes. |
