| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) merupakan bakteri tanah pada daerah perakaran tanaman (rizosfer) yang menyediakan unsur hara untuk pertumbuhan, perkembangan, dan perlindungan tanaman. Beberapa kemampuan PGPR, yaitu melarutkan fosfat dan mengikat nitrogen atmosfer. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan populasi, mengetahui keragaman dan mengetahui potensi PGPR tanaman kopi budidaya organik dan konvensional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lab Agroekologi, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada bulan Juni hingga Oktober 2024. Prosedur kerja penelitian meliputi pengambilan sampel, peremajaan isolat bakteri, dan uji karakter PGPR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa populasi bakteri rizosfer yang berasal dari lahan pertanian organik lebih tinggi, yaitu 6,8 x 10^9 cfu/ml. dibandingkan dengan lahan konvensional 4,35 x 10^9 cfu/ml. Hasil uji PGPR menunjukkan 9 isolat (03, 07, 08, 09, 010, KO1, KO2, КОЗ, КО6, dan KO7) mampu memfiksasi nitrogen, 3 isolat (03, 08, dan 09 mampu melarutkan fosfat. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) are soil bacteria in the plant root zone (rhizosphere) that provide nutrients for plant growth, development, and protection. Some of PGPR's abilities are dissolving phosphate and fixing atmospheric nitrogen. Therefore, this study aims to determine the differences in population, determine the diversity and determine the potential of PGPR in organic and conventional coffee plants. This research was conducted at the Agroecology Lab, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman from June to October 2024. The research work procedure includes sampling, rejuvenation of bacterial isolates, and PGPR character tests. The results showed that the population of rhizosphere bacteria from organic farming land was higher, namely 6.8 x 10^9 cfu/ml, compared to conventional land 4.35 x 10^9 cfu/mL PGPR test results showed that 9 isolates (03, 07, 08, 09, 010, ΚΟΙ, KO2, KO3, KO6, and KO7) were able to fix nitrogen, 3 isolates (03, 08, and 09) were able to dissolve phosphate. |
