| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Supervisi dan evaluasi merupakan bagian yang penting dalam manajemen serta keseluruhan tanggung jawab pemimpin. Pemahaman ini juga ada dalam manajemen keperawatan. Untuk mengelola asuhan keperawatan dibutuhkan kemampuan manajemen dari kinerja perawat profesional. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan supervisi kepala ruang terhadap kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian Asuhan Keperawatan di RST Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. Metode: Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Korelasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross sectional terhadap 100 responden yang masuk kriteria inklusi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simpel random sampling dengan berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Uji statistik menggunakan korelasi Chi Square. variabel yang di teliti adalah pelaksanaan supervisi dengan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 44 responden dengan kategori pelaksanaan supervisi kurang baik terlihat bahwa 25 responden (53,2%) memiliki kinerja tidak baik, dari 56 responden katagori pelaksanaan supervisi baik terlihat bahwa 39 responden (73,6%) memiliki kinerja baik. Dari hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p value = 0,011 berarti p value < 0,05. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan yang dapat di ambil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pelaksanaan supervisi dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam pendokumentasian Asuhan Keperawatan. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Supervision and evaluation is an important part of the overall management and leadership responsibilities. This understanding also exists in nursing management. To manage the nursing care needs of the performance management capabilities of a professional nurse. Objective: To know the relationship of the performance space chief supervising nurse in the nursing documentation in RST Wijayakusuma Purwokerto Methods: This study is a descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach to the 100 respondents who entered the inclusion criteria. Sampling is done by simple random sampling technique with Slovin formula. Statistical tests using correlation Chi Square. variables that are carefully supervised execution by nurses in documenting performance Research results: The research showed that the 44 respondents to the category of poorly supervised implementation shows that 25 respondents (53.2%) did not have a good performance. And of 56 respondents either category supervise implementation shows that 39 respondents (73.6%) had a good performance.
