| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: MBKM merupakan program yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemendikti yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan keahlian mahasiswa melalui pembelajaran atau kegiatan di luar kampus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas Jenderal Soedirman terhadap program MBKM, selain itu juga untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang mendorong mereka untuk mengikuti program MBKM dan program MBKM apa yang mereka minati. Metodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 80 mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas Jenderal Soedirman angkatan 2020-2023. Hasil penelitian: Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan persepsi mahasiswa berdasarkan indikator stimulus, registrasi, interpretasi dan umpan balik dengan hasil rata-rata mean 4 indikator persepsi tersebut adalah sebesar 3,84 yang berada di kategori positif. Faktor internal yang paling mempengaruhi mahasiswa adalah pengembangan diri sebanyak 77,5% dan faktor eksternal yang paling mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa adalah benefit yang menarik sebanyak 75%. Program MBKM yang paling diminati adalah Asistensi Mengajar Satuan Pendidikan sebanyak 37,5%. Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya persepsi mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas Jenderal Soedirman terhadap program MBKM berdasarkan indikator pembentukan persepsi yakni stimulus, registrasi, interpretasi dan umpan balik masuk dalam kategori positif. Faktor internal yang paling mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa adalah pengembangan diri, faktor eksternal yang paling mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa adalah benefit yang menarik. Serta program MBKM yang paling diminati oleh mahasiswa adalah Asistensi Mengajar Satuan Pendidikan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: MBKM is a program organized by the Ministry of Higher Education which aims to improve student competence and expertise through off-campus learning or activities. This research aims find out how the perceptions of students of the Department of Physical Education, Jenderal Soedirman University towards the MBKM program, as well as to find out what factors encourage them to take part in the MBKM program and what MBKM programs they are interested in. Research Methodology: This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This study used a random sampling technique with a sample of 80 students of the Department of Physical Education, Jenderal Soedirman University, class of 2020-2023. Research results: The results in this study show student perceptions based on stimulus, registration, interpretation and feedback indicators with the results of the average mean of 4 indicators of perception is 3.84 which is in the positive category. The internal factor that most influences students is self-development as much as 77.5% and the external factor that most influences student perceptions is attractive benefits as much as 75%. The most popular MBKM program is Teaching Assistance for Education Units as much as 37.5%. Conclusion: The results showed that the perceptions of students of the Department of Physical Education, Jenderal Soedirman University towards the MBKM program based on indicators of perception formation, namely stimulus, registration, interpretation and feedback were in the positive category. The internal factor that most influences student perceptions is self-development, the external factor that most influences student perceptions is attractive benefits. And the MBKM program that students are most interested in is Teaching Assistance for Education Units. |
