| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Jaksa Masuk Sekolah merupakan program pengenalan hukum bagi pelajar untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum sejak dini dan upaya pencegahan kasus anak berhadapan dengan hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fungsi manajemen menurut William H. Newman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman dan Saldana. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian, bahwa manajemen Program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah yang diselenggarakan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Cirebon ini masih belum berjalan dengan baik dan perlu diperbaiki. Pada proses perencanaan, Program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah ini sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada. Jika dilihat dari Tahap pengorganisasian, Program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah ini masih belum memiliki struktur resmi tim pelaksana program. pengumpulan sumber daya dimana tempat pelaksanaan program yang kurang memadai serta adanya keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. Pada proses pengarahan, Jaksa Fungsional belum aktif terlibat pada pelaksanaan program serta proses pengendalian bahwa belum efektifnya Program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah dalam pencegahan kasus anak berhadapan dengan hukum. Saran yang diajukan yakni pembentukkan struktur resmi Tim Jaksa Masuk Sekolah, penambahan sumber daya manusia serta melakukan evaluasi dalam meningkatakan pencegahan kasus anak berhadapan dengan hukum di Kota Cirebon. |

Inggris) | Jaksa Masuk Sekolah is a legal introduction program for students to increase legal awareness from an early age and efforts to prevent cases of children in conflict with the law. This study uses a management function approach according to William H. Newman. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observations and documentation, then the data is analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman and Saldana. Based on the Research Results, the management of the Jaksa Masuk Sekolah Program organized by the Cirebon City District Prosecutor’s Office is still not running well and needs to be improved. In the planning process, the Jaksa Masuk Sekolah Program is in accordance with existing regulations. When viewed from the organizational stage, the Jaksa Masuk Sekolah Program still does not have an official structure for the program implementation team. Collection of resources where the program implementation location is inadequate and there are no limitations on human resources. In the direction process, Functional Prosecutors have not been actively involved in the implementation of the program and the control process that the Jaksa Masuk Sekolah Program is not yet effective in preventing cases of children in conflict with the law. The suggestions submitted are the formation of an official structure for the Jaksa Masuk Sekolah Team, the addition of human resources and conducting evaluations in improving the prevention of cases of children in conflict with the law in Cirebon City. |
