| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Banyaknya anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum di Purbalingga mendorong program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi hukum program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah dan faktor yang memengaruhi implementasi hukum program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah dalam mewujudkan kesadaran hukum siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 5 Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kejaksaan Negeri Purbalingga dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 5 Purbalingga. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Penyajian data dalam bentuk teks naratif. Metode analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif model content analysis dan comparative analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi hukum program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah dalam mewujudkan kesadaran hukum siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 5 Purbalingga telah terimplementasikan dengan baik. Hal ini dilihat dari parameter meliputi: sasaran program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan; bentuk kegiatan program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah terlaksana dengan baik; materi atau substansi program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa; pelaksanaan kegiatan program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah terlaksana dengan baik; serta pelaporan dan evaluasi terlaksana dengan baik. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi implementasi tersebut dibedakan menjadi 2 (dua) faktor yaitu faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Faktor pendukung antara lain: regulasi yang mendukung, tanggungjawab moril Kejaksaan, dan hasil pemetaan data kriminalitas; faktor penghambat antara lain: terbatasnya sumber daya manusia, beberapa siswa kurang aktif, dan terbatasnya anggaran. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The number of children in conflict with the law in Purbalingga encourages the Prosecutor Entrance School program. This study aims to determine the legal implementation of the Prosecutor Entrance School program and the factors that influence the legal implementation of the Prosecutor Entrance School program in realizing student legal awareness at Purbalingga State Junior High School 5. This research uses a qualitative research method with an empirical juridical approach. The research location was conducted at the Purbalingga State Attorney's Office and State Junior High School 5 Purbalingga. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Presentation of data in the form of narrative text. Data analysis method with qualitative analysis content analysis model and comparative analysis. The results showed that the legal implementation of the Prosecutor Entrance School program in realizing students' legal awareness at State Junior High School 5 Purbalingga has been well implemented. This can be seen from the parameters including: the target of the School Entrance Prosecutor program is in accordance with statutory regulations; the form of the School Entrance Prosecutor program activities is well implemented; the material or substance of the School Entrance Prosecutor program is in accordance with the needs of students; the implementation of the School Entrance Prosecutor program activities is well implemented; and reporting and evaluation are well implemented. The factors that influence the implementation can be divided into 2 (two) factors, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors include: Supportive regulations, moral responsibility of the Prosecutor's Office, and the results of crime data mapping; inhibiting factors include: limited human resources, some students are less active, and limited budget. |
