| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tenaga kesehatan dituntut untuk bekerja lebih baik dalam melakukan pelayanan kepada pasien di rumah sakit. Para tenaga kesehatan di RS Islam Purwokerto harus berurusan dengan tuntutan fisik yang berat karena harus merawat pasien dalam berbagai kondisi dan situasi. Ketika mengalami kelelahan fisik yang berlebihan, para tenaga kesehatan mengalami gangguan kesehatan. Tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi, tanggung jawab keluarga, dan risiko tertular penyakit dapat menciptakan beban emosional yang berat bagi nakes. Dari latar belakang, penelitian ini mengambil judul The Effect of Workload and Burnout on Performance with Work Motivation As A Moderating Variable. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang diberikan langsung kepada 70 tenaga kesehatan RS Islam Purwokerto selama Maret 2024. Teknik analisis data yang akan dilakukan untuk menguji penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara workload terhadap burnout, terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara workload terhadap performance, terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara burnout terhadap performance, burnout berpengaruh sebagai variable mediasi dalam hubungan antara worklaod terhadap performance, work motivation berpengaruh sebagai variable moderasi dalam hubungan antara workload terhadap performance serta work motivation berpengaruh sebagai variable moderasi dalam hubungan antara burnout terhadap performance. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Healthcare workers are required to work better in providing services to patients in hospitals. Healthcare workers must contend with substantial physical demands due to the need to care for patients in various conditions and situations. When experiencing excessive physical exhaustion, healthcare workers experience health issues. High job demands, family responsibilities, and the risk of disease transmission can create a substantial emotional burden for healthcare workers. This study is The Effect of Workload and Burnout on Performance with Work Motivation as a Moderating Variable. This study employs a quantitative research approach and using closed-ended questionnaires directly distributed to 70 healthcare workers at RS Islam Purwokerto during February 2024. The data analysis technique used to test this research employs the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study show a positive and significant effect of workload on burnout, a negative and significant effect of workload on performance, a negative and significant effect of burnout on performance, burnout has an effect as a mediating variable in the relationship between workload on performance, work motivation as a moderating variable in the relationship between workload on performance, and work motivation as a moderating variable in the relationship between burnout on performance. |
