| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Fenomena olahraga pendakian semakin diminati oleh banyak orang dan semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya, sehingga prevalensi kecelakaan pendakian juga semakin meningkat. Diantaranya adalah hipotermia, trauma muskuloskeletal, dan acute mountain sickness (AMS). Relawan sebagai garda terdepan dalam kasus kecelakaan memiliki pengetahuan terkait pertolongan pertama. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan relawan terkait pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan pendakian. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden sebanyak 75 orang relawan di setiap basecamp pendakian Gunung Slamet yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling dan metode analisis univariat. Penelitian ini berlokasi di 7 pos pendakian Gunung Slamet pada bulan November-Desember 2024. Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner Pertolongan Pertama Pada Kecelakaan Pendakian menunjukkan hasil 36 responden (48,00%) dalam kategori tingkat pengetahuan cukup, dan mayoritas pernah mengikuti pelatihan pertolongan pertama (89,30%). Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan relawan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan pendakian adalah cukup. |

Inggris) | Background: The phenomenon of sport climbing is increasingly in demand by many people and is increasing every year, so the prevalence of climbing accidents is also increasing. Among them are hypothermia, musculoskeletal trauma, and acute mountain sickness (AMS). Volunteers as the frontline in accident cases have knowledge related to first aid. Research Aim: This study aimed to determine the volunteer knowledge level related to first aid in climbing accidents. Methodology: This study used a descriptive quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. Respondents were 75 volunteers at each Mount Slamet climbing base camp selected using the total sampling technique and univariate analysis method. This research is located at 7 Mount Slamet climbing base camp in November-December 2024. Research Result: Based on the results of the questionnaire First Aid in Climbing Accidents show the results of 36 respondents (48.00%) in the category of sufficient knowledge level, and the majority have attended first aid training (89,30%). Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that first aid volunteers' knowledge of climbing accidents is sufficient. |
