Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Perawat ruang gawat darurat menghadapi berbagai aktivitas kerja berat dan intervensi cepat yang meningkatkan risiko gangguan muskulosselal. Keluhan muskuloskeletal dapat memburuk jika sikap kerja tidak ergonomis atau tidak dengan postur alami tubuh. Untuk menggambarkan intensitas dan lokasi gangguan muskuloskeletal (MSD) di kalangan perawat di ruang gawat darurat RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 perawat IGD RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan Quick Exposure Check (QEC) untuk menilai gangguan muskulosselal, dan data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis univariat. Berdasarkan karakteristik individu, hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa responden adalah laki-laki (61,30%), rentang usia responden 25-35 tahun (70,97%), BMI responden normal (35,49%), responden memiliki jenjang pendidikan terakhir Diploma 3 (61,30%), dan sudah menikah (83,87%). Berdasarkan karakteristik pekerjaan, hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa responden durasi kerja ≥7 jam (100%), memiliki masa kerja > 5 tahun (51,61%), dan sebanyak 15 responden (48,39%) bekerja dari waktu ke waktu. Studi ini menemukan bahwa responden menderita nyeri ringan (83,87%). Berdasarkan QEC, pada kategori rendah paling banyak di pergelangan tangan/tangan (38,71%), pada kategori sedang paling banyak di bahu/lengan (32,25%), pada kategori tinggi paling banyak di leher (38,70%), dan pada kategori sangat tinggi paling banyak di leher (16,10%). Ada keluhan muskuloskeletal dalam kategori nyeri ringan, dan diperlukan upaya untuk mencegah keluhan ini.

Musculoskeletal complaints can worsen if the work attitude is not ergonomic or not by the body's natural posture. To describe the intensity and location of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) among nurses in emergency room of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo hospital. This study used a descriptive quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. Respondents in this study were 31 emergency room nurses at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital selected by using the total sampling technique. This study used Nordic Body Map (NBM) and Quick Exposure Check (QEC) to assess musculosceletal disorders, and data was analyzed using univariate analysis method. Based on individual characteristics, the results of this study state that the respondents were male (61.30%), the age range of respondents was 25-35 years (70.97%), the BMI of respondents were normal (35.49%), the respondents have the last level of education Diploma 3 (61.30%), and were married (83.87%). Based on job characteristics, the results of this study state that respondents work duration were ≥7 hours (100%), have a work period of > 5 years (51.61%), and as many as 15 respondents (48.39%) work over time. This study found that respondents suffered mild pain (83.87%). Based on QEC, in the low category the most is in the wrist/hand (38.71%), in the moderate category the most is in the shoulder/arm (32.25%), in the high category the most is in the neck (38.70%), and in the very high category the most is in the neck (16.10%). There are musculoskeletal complaints in the mild pain category, and efforts are needed to prevent this complaint.
