| Judul Artikel | Pengaruh Lingkungan dan Pola Hidup Sehat Terhadap Kejadian Hipertensi di Desa Rempoah Kecamatan Baturraden Kabupaten Banyumas |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan bagian dari penyakit kardiovaskular yang paling umum terjadi dengan angka kasus yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Desa Rempoah menempati urutan pertama angka kejadian Hipertensi tertinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Baturraden II pada tahun 2024. Berbagai faktor risiko dari kejadian Hipertensi telah dikemukakan oleh beberapa penelitian, dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari lingkungan dan pola hidup sehat terhadap kejadian hipertensi di Desa Rempoah, Kecamatan Baturraden, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi case control. Populasi kasus yaitu seluruh masyarakat di Desa Rempoah yang menderita hipertensi periode Januari-November 2024 dan populasi kontrol yaitu tetangga penderita Hipertensi. Total sampel sebanyak 106 responden yang terdiri dari 53 responden dengan perbandingan 1:1 sehingga sampel kontrol sebanyak 53 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel kasus menggunakan consecutive sampling dan pada sampel kontrol menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil Penelitian: Responden yang menderita hipertensi terpapar asap rokok tinggi (37,7%), perilaku stres ringan (45,3%), mengonsumsi air putih kurang (26,4%), memiliki pola makan kurang baik (38,7%), beraktivitas fisik ringan (35,8%), dan bukan perokok (45,3%). Ada hubungan pada variabel aktivitas fisik (p=0,010), pola makan (p=0,022), konsumsi air putih (p=0,010), dan paparan asap rokok (p=0,024). Ada pengaruh pada variabel aktivitas fisik (OR=3,475), pola makan (OR=2,932), dan konsumsi air putih (OR=2,626). Tidak ada pengaruh pada variabel paparan asap rokok, tingkat stres, dan kebiasaan merokok. Kesimpulan: Aktivitas fisik, pola makan, dan konsumsi air putih berpengaruh terhadap kejadian Hipertensi di Desa Rempoah, Kecamatan Baturraden, Kabupaten Banyumas. Saran: Masyarakat perlu menerapkan perilaku pencegahan Hipertensi untuk menekan angka kejadian Hipertensi. Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Lansia, Lingkungan, Pola Hidup Sehat |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases with the number of cases increasing every year. Rempoah Village ranks first in the highest incidence of hypertension in the working area of the Baturraden II Health Center in 2024. Various risk factors for hypertension have been suggested by several studies, and this study aims to determine the effect of environment and healthy lifestyle on the incidence of hypertension in Rempoah Village, Baturraden District, Banyumas Regency. Methodology: This study used a quantitative approach with a case control study design. The case population is all people in Rempoah Village who suffer from hypertension in the January-November 2024 period and the control population is the neighbors of people with hypertension. The total sample was 106 respondents consisting of 53 respondents with a 1:1 ratio so that the control sample was 53 respondents. The case sampling technique used consecutive sampling and the control sample used purposive sampling. Research Results: Respondents who suffer from hypertension are exposed to high cigarette smoke (37.7%), mild stress behavior (45.3%), consume less water (26.4%), have a poor diet (38.7%), have mild physical activity (35.8%), and are non-smokers (45.3%). There was a relationship between the variables of physical activity (p=0.010), diet (p=0.022), water consumption (p=0.010), and cigarette smoke exposure (p=0.024). There is an influence on the variables of physical activity (OR=3.475), diet (OR=2.932), and water consumption (OR=2.626). There was no effect on the variables of cigarette smoke exposure, stress level, and smoking habit. Conclusion: Physical activity, diet, and water consumption influence the incidence of hypertension in Rempoah Village, Baturraden District, Banyumas Regency.
