| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRACT Inti masalah Pendapatan Asli Daerah adalah ketidakmampuan suatu daerah dalam memenuhi pendapatan – pendapatan yang bisa menunjandan masuk kedalam komponen Pendapatan Asli Daerah, semakin rendah PAD maka daerah tersebut belum bisa dikatakan mandiri secara fiskal. Maka dari itu pemerintah daerah perlu untuk melihat potensi daerah yang ada salah satunya sektor pariwisata. Penelitian ini melihat seberapa berpengaruh variabel independen yang terdiri dari Belanja Modal, PDRB, Jumlah Wisatawan, dan Tingkat Penghunian Kamar di Eks Karesidenan Kedu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel Belanja Modal, PDRB, Jumlah Wisatawan, dan Tingkat Penghunian Kamar terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Eks Karesidenan Kedu. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diolah dengan menggunakan metode regresi data panel. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Eks Karesidenan Kedu dan time series dari tahun 2009-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel belanja modal, PDRB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, variabel jumlah wisatawan tidak berpengaruh, dan variabel tingkat penghunian kamar berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Menurut hasil olah data bahwa sebesar 59% variabel Belanja Modal, PDRB, Jumlah Wisatawan, dan Tingkat Penghunian Kamar mempengaruhi Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Eks Karesidenan Kedu. Implikasi penelitian ini berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut adalah pemerintah daerah perlu mengembangkan lagi terkait promosi pariwisata, dan memperbaiki fasilitas, serta membuat acara yang bisa untuk menarik atensi wisatawan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini yaitu penggunaan metode olah data belum melihat secara menyeluruh pada PAD di Eks Karesidenan Kedu. Disarankan penelitian selanjutnya untuk menggunakan metode ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) untuk melihat efek jangka panjang dari variabel independen ke dependen. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The main issue of Local Original Revenue (PAD) is the inability of a region to meet the revenues that can contribute to the components of Local Original Revenue. The lower the PAD, the less the region can be considered fiscally independent. Therefore, local governments need to examine the existing potential of the region, one of which is the tourism sector. This study examines how significantly the independent variables, which consist of Capital Expenditure, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Number of Tourists, and Room Occupancy Rate, affect the Local Original Revenue in the former Kedu Residency. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the variables of Capital Expenditure, GRDP, Number of Tourists, and Room Occupancy Rate on Local Original Revenue in the former Kedu Residency. This research uses secondary data processed with panel data regression methods. The subjects of this study are the former Kedu Residency and time series data from 2009 to 2023. The results indicate that the variables of Capital Expenditure and GRDP have a positive and significant effect, the variable of the number of tourists has no effect, and the variable of room occupancy rate has a negative and significant effect. According to the data processing results, 59% of the variables of Capital Expenditure, GRDP, Number of Tourists, and Room Occupancy Rate influence Local Original Revenue in the former Kedu Residency. The implications of this research, based on these conclusions, are that local governments need to further develop tourism promotion, improve facilities, and create events that can attract tourists' attention. The limitations of this study include the method of data processing, which has not comprehensively examined PAD in the former Kedu Residency. Future research is recommended to use the ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) method to observe the long-term effects of independent variables on the dependent variable. |
