| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Presensi mahasiswa merupakan proses penting dalam mendukung kegiatan akademik di perguruan tinggi, termasuk di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi presensi berbasis web menggunakan teknologi QR Code dan geolokasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel 11 dengan beberapa komponen utama, yaitu Simple QR Code untuk menghasilkan dan menampilkan kode QR, Leaflet untuk menampilkan peta lokasi, dan JavaScript Geolocation API untuk mendeteksi dan memvalidasi lokasi mahasiswa saat melakukan presensi.Sistem memungkinkan mahasiswa melakukan presensi dengan memindai QR Code yang dihasilkan secara dinamis dan memvalidasi lokasi mereka dalam radius yang telah ditentukan. Proses presensi mengurangi potensi manipulasi data. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan waterfall, meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, mendukung proses presensi secara efektif. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses presensi dan menjadi solusi digital yang handal untuk mendukung kegiatan akademik di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Student attendance is an important process in supporting academic activities in higher education, including at Jenderal Soedirman University. This study aims to design and build a web-based attendance information system using QR Code and geolocation technology to improve the efficiency and accuracy of student attendance recording. This system is developed using the Laravel 11 framework with several main components, namely Simple QR Code to generate and display QR codes, Leaflet to display location maps, and JavaScript Geolocation API to detect and validate student locations when taking attendance.The system allows students to take attendance by scanning the dynamically generated QR Code and validating their location within a predetermined radius. The attendance process reduces the potential for data manipulation. The system development method uses the waterfall approach, including the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.The test results show that the system can run according to needs, supporting the attendance process effectively. This system is expected to improve the efficiency of the attendance process and become a reliable digital solution to support academic activities at Jenderal Soedirman University. |
