| Judul Artikel | ANALISIS FAKTOR RISIKO YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KEJADIAN HIPERTENSI DI DESA KEDUNGWRINGIN TAHUN 2024 |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Desa Kedungwringin adalah desa dengan jumlah kasus hipertensi tertinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jatilawang yaitu 433 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian hipertensi di Desa Kedungwringin tahun 2024. Metode : Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 84 sampel. Data kasus diperoleh dari Puskesmas Jatilawang dari bulan Januari-Oktober 2024. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Variabel yang diteliti antara lain suhu, kebisingan, kebiasaan merokok, jumlah prokok aktif dalam keluarga, lama paparan asap rokok, dan konsumsi garam. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil analisis menunjukkan, sebagian besar responden berusia dewasa (19-59 tahun) (56%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (58,3%), dan memiliki tekanan darah ≥140/90mmHg dan tergolong hipertensi (59,5%). Hasil analisis multivariat, variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian hipertensi di Desa Kedungwringin yaitu, kebiasaan merokok (p-value = 0,022, OR = 3,780) dan lama paparan asap rokok (p-value = 0,008, OR = 4,173). Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kejadian hipertensi, yaitu suhu (p-value = 0,367, OR = 3,717), kebisingan (p-value = 1,000, OR = 1,375), dan konsumsi garam (p-value = 0,626, OR = 1,372). Kesimpulan : Kebiasaan merokok dan lama paparan asap rokok merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kejadian hipertensi di Desa Kedungwringin. Diharapkan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran tentang pola hidup sehat dan lingkungan yang sesuai syarat kesehatan sehingga dapat mencegah dan meminimalisir kejadian hipertensi. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variabel yang mungkin berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi. Kata Kunci : hipertensi, faktor risiko, kebiasaan merokok, lama paparan asap rokok |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : The village of Kedungwringin is the one with the highest incidence of hypertension in the Puskesmas Jatilawang of 433. The study was intended to know the risk factors that affected the incidence of hypertension in the Kedungwringin village of 2024. Methods : Research design used a cross-sectional. Research samples number 84. Case data obtained from the Jatilawang medical center from January-October 2024. Sampling using consecutive sampling. Data analysis uses univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. Among the variables studied are temperature, noise, cigarette habits, the number of active protubers in the family, long exposure to tobacco smoke, and salt consumption. Results : Analysis results show, the majority of respondents were adult (19-59) (56%), of female sex (58.3%), and had blood pressure ≥140/90mmHg and are hypertensive (59.5%). Based on multivariate analysis, the variables that affected the incidence of hypertension in the Kedungwringin, the habit of smoking (p-value = 0.022, OR = 3,780) and long exposure to cigarette smoke (p-value = 0.008, OR = 4.173). While variables that do not affect the incidence of hypertension, which are temperature (p-value = 0.367, OR = 3,717), noise (p-value = 1,000, OR = 1.375), and salt consumption (p-value = 0,626, OR = 1,372). Conclusion : Smoking habits and old cigarette smoke exposure are among the most influential variables on the incidence of hypertension in the kedungwringin village. It is expected that people will increase their knowledge and awareness of the healthy patterns of life and health-care environments to prevent and minimise the incidence of hypertension.
