| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak dari employee engagement, job satisfaction, dan work-life balance terhadap organizational citizen behavior (OCB) pada karyawan kedai kopi Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement yang kuat akan menghasilkan dedikasi yang tinggi, sedangkan rekan kerja yang suportif akan menghasilkan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan dedikasi, manajemen harus menjelaskan bagaimana ide-ide karyawan akan memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan dan diri mereka sendiri. Meningkatnya kesempatan promosi dapat meningkatkan loyalitas dan OCB. Work-life balance yang baik akan memberikan kontribusi pada kebahagiaan karyawan dan mengurangi stres. Mendorong keterbukaan di antara karyawan juga dapat meningkatkan OCB. |

Inggris) | This research examines the impact of employee engagement, job satisfaction, and work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Purwokerto coffee shop employees. The study found that strong employee engagement leads to high dedication, while supportive coworkers drive high job satisfaction. To improve dedication, management should explain how employees' ideas benefit the company and themselves. Increased promotion opportunities can lead to higher loyalty and OCB. A good work-life balance contributes to employee happiness and reduces stress. Encouraging openness among employees can also increase OCB. |
