| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Penerapan skrining hipertensi di Puskesmas Sokaraja I merupakan salah satu kegiatan dari program pengendalian hipertensi dalam Posbindu PTM. Pelaksanaan skrining hipertensi di Puskesmas Sokaraja I ini telah berjalan sejak tahun 2018. Namun dalam pelaksanaan program masih menemui kendala sehingga belum dapat mencapai target ditentukan yaitu 90%. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis terkait implementasi program skrining hipertensi di Puskesmas Sokaraja I. Metode : Penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Sokaraja I pada bulan Oktober hingga November 2024. Dengan penentuan subyek penelitian menggunakan purposive samplimg. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah tematik analisis. Hasil Penelitian : Program skrining hipertensi belum mencapai target (9,9%), hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa kendala. Komunikasi dalam implementasi program memerlukan koordinasi aktif dari para pelaksana program dan masyarakat. Sumber daya dalam implementasi program menemui kendala pada SDM yang belum sesuai kebutuhan. Aspek disposisi masih perlu ditingkatkan oleh puskesmas. Struktur birokrasi seperti pembagian tugas telah dilaksanakan sesuai standar. Kesimpulan : Implementasi program skrining hipertensi ini belum berhasil. Salah satu saran ditujukan bagi Puskesmas yaitu dapat meningkatkan koordinasi melalui sosialisasi masif, melatih kader bersertifikasi, memberikan insentif, serta mengembangkan inovasi dan tindak lanjut yang sesuai. Inggris) | Background : The implementation of hypertension screening at the Sokaraja I Community Health Center is one of the activities of the hypertension control program in the Posbindu PTM. The implementation of hypertension screening at the Sokaraja I has been running since 2018. However, in the implementation of the program, there are still obstacles so that it has not been able to achieve the target which is 90%. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an analysis related to the implementation of the hypertension screening program at the Sokaraja I. Method : The research was carried out in the Sokaraja I Community Health Center from October to November 2024. The research subjects were determined using purposive sampling. The data analysis used is thematic analysis. Result : The hypertension screening program has not reached the target (9,9%), this is due to several obstacles. Communication in program implementation requires active coordination from program implementers and the community. Resources in the implementation of the program encountered obstacles in human resources that were not in accordance with their needs. The disposition aspect still needs to be improved by health centers and midwives. The bureaucratic structure such as the division of duties has been carried out according to standards. Conclusion : The implementation of this hypertension screening program has not been successful. One of the suggestions intended for Community Health Center is to be able to improve coordination through massive socialization, train certified cadres, provide incentives, and develop appropriate innovations and follow-ups.
