| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived compatibility dan perceived ease of use terhadap continuance intention yang dimediasi oleh perceived usefulness pada aplikasi Taspen Otentikasi di wilayah Banyumas. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 135 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling, di mana responden yang terpilih adalah pensiunan yang telah menggunakan aplikasi Taspen Otentikasi minimal satu kali. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) diolah dengan software AMOS 26 menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perceived compatibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness (2) Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived usefulness (3) Perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif terhadap continuance intention (4) Perceived compatibility berpengaruh positif terhadap continuance intention (5) Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap continuance intention (6) Perceived usefulness tidak memediasi pengaruh perceived compatibility terhadap continuance intention (7) Perceived usefulness memediasi pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadap continuance intention. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived compatibility and perceived ease of use on continuance intention, mediated by perceived usefulness, in the Taspen Otentikasi application within the Banyumas region. The sample consists of 135 respondents selected using purposive sampling, targeting pensioners who have used the Taspen Otentikasi application at least once. Based on the research conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analyzed with AMOS 26 software, the findings reveal that: (1) Perceived compatibility does not affect perceived usefulness, (2) Perceived ease of use positively influences perceived usefulness, (3) Perceived usefulness positively influences continuance intention, (4) Perceived compatibility positively influences continuance intention, (5) Perceived ease of use positively influences continuance intention, (6) Perceived usefulness does not mediate the relationship between perceived compatibility and continuance intention, and (7) Perceived usefulness mediates the relationship between perceived ease of use and continuance intention. |
