| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kantor Kemenag Banyumas telah menerapkan SIWAK dari tahun 2022, namun di tahun 2023 hanya 11 kecamatan dari 27 kecamatan yang ada di Banyumas yang telah mengimplementasikan SIWAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas SIWAK dalam proses digitalisasi pengelolaan dan pendaftaran wakaf di Kankemenag Banyumas serta melihat kendala yang dihadapinya dengan dilihat menggunakan model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi menurut DeLone & McLean (2003) yang memiliki 6 indikator yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIWAK di Kantor Kementerian Agama Banyumas belum cukup efektif. Beberapa kendala yang menyebabkan belum efektifnya penerapan sistem ini yaitu SDM, jaringan internet, data tidak lengkap, serta belum sinkronyya antara sistem yang ada di Kemenag dengan BPN. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Banyumas Ministry of Religious Affairs Office has implemented SIWAK since 2022, but in 2023 only 11 out of 27 sub-districts in Banyumas have implemented SIWAK. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of SIWAK in the process of digitizing waqf management and registration at the Banyumas Ministry of Religious Affairs Office and to see the obstacles it faces by using the Information System Success model according to DeLone & McLean (2003) which has 6 indicators, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observations and documentation. The study shows that the implementation of SIWAK at the Banyumas Ministry of Religious Affairs Office is not yet effective enough. Several obstacles that cause the ineffectiveness of the implementation of this system are human resources, internet networks, incomplete data, and the lack of synchronization between the systems in the Ministry of Religious Affairs and BPN.
