| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Gastritis adalah peradangan pada mukosa lambung yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti infeksi bakteri, pola makan yang tidak teratur, dan konsumsi makanan yang tidak sehat. Prevalensi gastritis tinggi di kalangan siswa yang sedang mempersiapkan tugas akhir mereka karena gaya hidup yang buruk dan stres akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi perilaku pencegahan gastritis pada mahasiswa keperawatan yang sedang menjalani tugas akhir; di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metode: Studi deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan 112 peserta, dan menggunakan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner perilaku pencegahan gastritis yang diisi menggunakan google form dan proses pengumpulan data dipantau langsung oleh peneliti, dan pengolahan data diolah menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil Penelitian: Mayoritas peserta adalah perempuan (90,1%), tinggal sendiri (70,5%), memiliki golongan darah B (29,5%), dan memiliki riwayat sakit perut (65,2%). Mayoritas mahasiswa keperawatan Unsoed memiliki kategori perilaku pencegahan gastritis sedang (83%). Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar peserta memiliki kategori perilaku pencegahan gastritis sedang, namun masih ada peserta yang memiliki kategori perilaku pencegahan gastritis yang buruk. Ini harus menjadi perhatian untuk masa depan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa caused by various factors such as bacterial infections, irregular diet, and unhealthy food consumption. The prevalence of gastritis is high among students who are preparing their final projects due to poor lifestyle and academic stress. This study aims to determine the description of gastritis prevention behavior in nursing students who are undergoing a final project; thesis at Jenderal Soedirman University. Method: Quantitative descriptive study involving 112 participants, and using sampling with a total sampling technique. Data was obtained using a gastritis prevention behavior questionnaire filled out using a google form and the data collection process was monitored directly by the researcher, and data processing was processed using univariate analysis. Research Result: The majority of participants were female (90.1%), living alone (70.5%), having blood type B (29.5%), and having a history of stomach pain (65.2%). The majority of Unsoed nursing students have a category of moderate gastritis prevention behavior (83%). Conclusions: Most of the participants had a category of moderate gastritis prevention behavior, but there were still participants who had a category of bad gastritis prevention behavior. This must be a concern for the future. |
