Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital literacy terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan menambahkan variabel moderasi berupa perceived organizational support. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada pegawai Dinas Sosial dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (Dinsospermasdes) Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik total sampling, melibatkan 91 responden yang telah bekerja di Dinsospermasdes Kabupaten Banyumas selama minimal satu tahun dan terlibat langsung dalam penggunaan teknologi di tempat kerja. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa digital literacy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan kata lain, pegawai dengan tingkat digital literacy yang lebih tinggi menunjukkan performa kerja yang lebih baik. Selain itu, perceived organizational support ditemukan berperan sebagai moderasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara digital literacy terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya dukungan organisasi dalam mengoptimalkan pengaruh digital literacy terhadap kinerja pegawai.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy on employee performance, by adding a moderating variable in the form of perceived organizational support. The research focus is directed at employees of the Social and Community Empowerment and Village Service (Dinsospermasdes) of Banyumas Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires. The sampling technique was carried out using nonprobability sampling method with total sampling technique, involving 91 respondents who have worked at the Social and Community Empowerment Agency of Banyumas Regency for at least one year and are directly involved in the use of technology in the workplace. Data processing was carried out using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS version 23 software. The analysis results show that digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. In other words, employees with higher levels of digital literacy show better work performance. In addition, perceived organizational support was found to play a moderating role that strengthens the relationship between digital literacy and employee performance. This finding underscores the importance of organizational support in optimizing the effect of digital literacy on employee performance.
