| Judul Artikel | THE INFLUENCE OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL , GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, AND CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TOWARD FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE COMPANY |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | This research is entitled “The influence of intellectual capital, good corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility toward financial performance of the company”. This research is intended to examine the influence of all involved variables on financial performance of the company. Independent variable in this research are intellectual capital which is measured by VAIC, good corporate governance which is measured by using CGPI Ranking Score, and corporate social responsibility which is measured by using CSR index, while the dependent variable is financial performance which is measured by ROA. This research uses samples of listed go public companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and also as the nominee in Corporate Governance Perception Index respectively for the period of 2008-2011. By using purposive sampling, from 430 companies, 14 companies are elected as the samples. This research uses the analysis of multiple regression model with level of significance for 5 (five) percent. The results reveal that intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility have positively significant influence on financial performance of the company, and good corporate governance does not have significant influence on financial performance of the company. However, the influence of intellectual capital, good corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility on financial performance of the company is not depended on the company’s size and company’s age as the control variables. |
