| Judul Artikel | Pengaruh Entrepreneurial Education, Mentoring, dan Entrepreneurial Role Model Terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention Temporal Stability Peserta PMW Unsoed |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Entrepreneurial Education, Mentoring, dan Entrepreneurial Role Model Terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention Temporal Stability Peserta PMW Unsoed. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa lolos pendanaan PMW Unsoed 2023. Jumlah populasi adalah 695 mahasiswa dan sampel sebanyak 254 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan Convenience Sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampelnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS IBM 23.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukan bahwa: 1) Entrepreneurial Education memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention dalam konteks Temporal Stability, 2) Mentoring tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention dalam konteks Temporal Stability, 3) Entrepreneurial Role Model memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pengaruh signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention dalam konteks Temporal Stability. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pentingnya kurikulum pendidikan kewirausahaan yang terus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pasar, misalnya tentang kewirausahaan digital. Evaluasi terhadap Program Mentoring PMW juga diperlukan, mengingat pendekatan program yang telah dilakukan terbukti kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan stabilitas niat berwirausaha para peserta. Program yang berbasis kebutuhan peserta dan fokus pada praktik langsung lebih disarankan. Selain itu, entrepreneurial role model terutama influencer entrepreneur terbukti signifikan dalam meningkatkan stabilitas niat berwirausaha, sehingga Universitas melalui tim pengelola PMW dapat memanfaatkan tokoh inspiratif untuk memperkuat program kewirausahaan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to analyze and test the effect of Entrepreneurial Education, Mentoring, and Entrepreneurial Role Models on Entrepreneurial Intention Temporal Stability of PMW Unsoed Participants. The population in this study were students who passed the 2023 PMW Unsoed funding. The population was 695 students and a sample of 254 students using Convenience Sampling as the sampling method. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis using SPSS IBM 23.0. Based on the results of the study and data analysis, it shows that: 1) Entrepreneurial Education has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention in the context of Temporal Stability, 2) Mentoring does not have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention in the context of Temporal Stability, 3) Entrepreneurial Role Models have a positive effect on significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention in the context of Temporal Stability. The implication in this study is the importance of an entrepreneurship education curriculum that continues to be adjusted to market needs, for example regarding digital entrepreneurship. Evaluation of the PMW Mentoring Program is also needed, considering that the program approach that has been carried out has proven to be less effective in increasing the stability of the participants' entrepreneurial intentions. A program that is based on the needs of the participants and focuses on direct practice is more recommended. In addition, entrepreneurial role models, especially influencer entrepreneurs, have proven to be significant in increasing the stability of entrepreneurial intentions, so that the University through the PMW management team can utilize inspirational figures to strengthen the entrepreneurship program. |
