| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Revolusi Industri 4.0 membuat dunia berlomba untuk memberikan inovasi dan pengembangan mulai dari bisnis hingga pemerintah. Organisasi pemerintah mengupayakan adopsi teknologi digital untuk tetap eksis. Keterlambatan proses penyampaian informasi disebabkan oleh proses manual yang kompleks, komunikasi internal pegawai yang lemah, dan sumber daya manusai yang tidak kompeten. Aplikasi Nadin-e merupakan suatu sistem informasi dalam merekam, menyimpan, memroses, dan menyajikan informasi naskah dinas dalam bentuk digital. Aplikasi Nadin-e merupakan suatu bentuk modernisasi dengan fitur yang mendukung efisiensi, efektifitas, dan produktivitas. KPPN Purwokerto menghadapi tuntutan digitalisasi dalam Upaya peningkatan produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja pegawai, Peneliti ingin melihat implementasi aplikasi Nadin-e dalam meningkatkan Produktivitas kerja Pegawai KPPN Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Nadin-e mampu meningkatkan produktivitas kerja pegawai, hal tersebut disebabkan oleh berubahnya alur kerja birokrasi yang semakin sederhana. Pegawai KPPN Purwokerto memanfaatkan aplikasi Nadin-e untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi dan mempercepat pengambilan Keputusan. Optimalisasi sumber daya merupakan dampak baik adanya aplikasi Nadin-e karena mendukung paperless sehingga mampu menghemat anggaran. Kemudahan sangat terlihat pada aspek komunikasi dan struktur birokrasi dimana alur pengajuan naskah dinas lebih sederhana tanpa ada pemborosan waktu dalam proses pengajuannya. Aplikasi Nadin-e memberikan kesederhanaan alur pengajuan naskah dinas dan kemudahan mendapatkan informasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has prompted the world to compete in providing innovations and developments across various sectors, from business to government. Government organizations are striving to adopt digital technologies to remain relevant. Delays in information delivery are caused by complex manual processes, weak internal communication among employees, and incompetent human resources. The Nadin-e application is an information system designed to record, store, process, and present official documents in digital form. The Nadin-e application represents a modernization effort with features that support efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. The informants in this study include Functional Officials, Heads of General Subsections, Financial Sections, Verification and Accounting Sections, Banking Sections, Management Sections of work units and Internal Compliance, and Secretaries. The research results indicate that the use of the Nadin-e application can enhance employee productivity due to a simplified bureaucratic workflow. Employees at KPPN Purwokerto utilize the Nadin-e application to improve collaboration and expedite decision-making processes. Resource optimization is a positive impact of the Nadin-e application as it supports paperless operations, leading to budget savings. The ease of use is particularly evident in communication aspects and bureaucratic structure, where the submission process for official documents is more straightforward without wasting time.
