| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Ostia Kaktus merupakan salah satu usaha tanaman hias sukulen skala rumahan di Kabupaten Banyumas yang melakukan budidaya dan menjual tanaman hias sukulen yang dikreasikan dalam bentuk greeny souvenir diantaranya buket sukulen, terrarium, hampers kit sukulen, dan miniature garden sukulen. Sukulen merupakan tanaman hias yang memiliki banyak variasi jenis diantaranya Echeveria, Graptopetalum, Pachypatum, Crassula, Haworthia, Gymnocalycium, Mammilaria, Sedum, Euphorbia, Agave, Lithops, dan Tillandsia. Jenis tanaman hias sukulen yang dimiliki oleh Ostia Kaktus masih cukup terbatas karena keterbatasan lahan untuk membudidayakan tanaman hias sukulen. Hal tersebut menjadi kelemahan usaha Ostia Kaktus dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar dan menyebabkan penjualan Ostia Kaktus menjadi fluktuatif dan belum memenuhi target. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atribut-atribut tanaman hias sukulen yang menjadi preferensi konsumen dan mengetahui urutan atribut yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam membeli tanaman hias sukulen di Ostia Kaktus. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive yaitu di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Universitas Islam Negeri Profesor KH Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto, dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu cluster sampling dengan jumlah responden 112 mahasiswa. Analisis datapada penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square dan analisis multiatribut fishbein. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan atribut jenis, bentuk, warna, tekstur permukaan, harga, ketahanan, dan wadah pot/ variasi memiliki nilai X2 hitung lebih besar daripada X2 tabel artinya semua atribut tersebut merupakan atribut yang menjadi preferensi mahasiswa terhadap keputusan pembelian tanaman hias sukulen di Ostia Kaktus. Tanaman hias sukulen yang menjadi preferensi mahasiswa yaitu jenis sukulen Graptopetalum, bentuk sukulen rosette, warna sukulen hijau – merah, tekstur permukaan sukulen yang halus, ukuran sukulen sedang (diameter 7-10 cm), harga sukulen Rp26.000 – Rp50.000, sukulen yang tahan terhadap hama dan penyakit, dan sukulen dengan wadah pot/variasi terrarium. Hasil analisis multriatribut fishbein menunjukkan bahwa urutan atribut yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam membeli tanaman hias sukulen di Ostia Kaktus dari yang paling sampai dengan yang kurang dipertimbangkan yaitu atribut warna, ketahanan, wadah pot/variasi, harga, ukuran, tekstur permukaan, bentuk, dan yang terakhir jenis sukulen. |

Inggris) | Ostia Kaktus is a small-scale succulent ornamental plant businesses in Banyumas Regency that cultivates and sells succulent ornamental plants crafted into green souvenira, such as succulents bouquets, terrariums, succulents hampers kit, and miniature succulents gardens. Succulents are ornamental plants that have many variations of types including Echeveria, Graptopetalum, Pachypatum, Crassula, Haworthia, Gymnocalycium, Mammilaria, Sedum, Euphorbia, Agave, Lithops, and Tillandsia. The types of succulent ornamental plants owned by Ostia Kaktus are still quite limited due to the limited land for cultivating succulent ornamental plants. This is a weakness of Ostia Kaktus' business in facing market competition, causing Ostia Kaktus sales to fluctuate and not meet targets. Therefore, this study aims to determine the attributes of succulent ornamental plants that are consumer preferences and to determine the order of attributes that consumers consider when buying succulent ornamental plants at Ostia Kaktus. The location of the research was determined purposively at Jenderal Soedirman University, Professor KH Saifuddin Zuhri State Islamic University of Purwokerto, and Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling, with 112 students as respondents. Data analysis in this research used the chi-square test and Fishbein multi-attribute analysis. The results of this research indicate that the attributes of type, shape, color, surface texture, price, durability, and pot container/variation have a calculated X2 value greater than the X2 table, meaning that all of these attributes are attributes that are students' preferences for purchasing decisions for succulent ornamental plants at Ostia Kaktus. The succulents preferred by students include the Graptopetalum species, a rosette shape, green-red color, smooth surface texture, medium size (diameter of 7-10 cm), a price range of Rp26,000 – Rp50,000, pest and disease resistance, and terrarium pot/container variations. The results of the Fishbein multi-attribute analysis show that the order of attributes that consumers consider in purchasing succulent ornamental plants at Ostia Kaktus from the most considered to the least considered are the attributes of color, durability, pot container/variation, price, size, surface texture, shape, and finally the type of succulent. |
