| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji parameter fisik dan kimia perairan, mengetahui struktur komunitas plankton, dan menilai tingkat pencemaran perairan di area KJA Waduk Wadaslintang. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei secara purposive di area KJA. Pengambilan sampel air dan plankton dilakukan pada tiga stasiun di area karamba dan satu stasiun di luar area karamba, sebanyak empat kali pengambilan sampel dengan interval waktu satu minggu. Variabel yang diamati yaitu kualitas air, struktur komunitas plankton, dan tingkat pencemaran. Parameter yang diukur meliputi suhu, penetrasi cahaya, kedalaman, pH, oksigen terlarut, total nitrogen, total fosfat, jumlah spesies dan individu, serta koefisien saprobik. Indeks Keanekaragaman (H’) dianalisis menggunakan indeks Shannon-Wiener, sedangkan Indeks Dominansi (D) dianalisis menggunakan indeks Simpson dengan bantuan software Past 4.05. Kelimpahan plankton dihitung menggunakan Sedgwick Rafter Cell. Hasil pengukuran parameter fisik dan kimia ditabulasi, dibandingkan dengan baku mutu air kelas III, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Tingkat pencemaran dan status trofik perairan diketahui menggunakan perhitungan koefisien saprobik berdasarkan struktur komunitas plankton dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian kualitas air di Waduk Wadaslintang memenuhi baku mutu air kelas III. Struktur komunitas plankton perairan tersusun dari Chlorophyta (55,64%), Bacillariophyta (41,79%), Pyrrophyta (1,72%), Arthropoda (0,15%), dan Rotifera (0,42%). Hasil perhitungan koefisien saprobik menunjukkan perairan Waduk Wadaslintang memiliki fase saprobik β-meso/oligosaprobik atau tingkat pencemaran sangat ringan hingga ringan. |

Inggris) | This study aims to examine the physical and chemical parameters of the water, analyze plankton community structure, and assess the pollution level in the FNC area of Wadaslintang Reservoir. The research employs a purposive survey method in the FNC area. Water and plankton samples were collected from three stations within the FNC area and one station outside it, with sampling conducted four times at weekly intervals. The observed variables include water quality, plankton community structure, and pollution levels. The measured parameters encompass temperature, light penetration, depth, pH, dissolved oxygen, total nitrogen, total phosphate, number of species and individuals, as well as the saprobic coefficient. The Shannon-Wiener index was used to analyze the Diversity Index (H'), while the Simpson index was used for the Dominance Index (D), aided by the software Past 4.05. Plankton abundance was calculated using a Sedgwick Rafter Cell. Physical and chemical parameter measurements were tabulated, compared with Class III water quality standards, and analyzed descriptively. Pollution levels and trophic status of the water were determined using saprobic coefficient calculations based on plankton community structure and descriptively analyzed. The research findings indicate that the water quality in Wadaslintang Reservoir meets Class III water quality standards. The plankton community structure consists of Chlorophyta (55.64%), Bacillariophyta (41.79%), Pyrrophyta (1.72%), Arthropoda (0.15%), and Rotifera (0.42%). The saprobic coefficient calculations reveal that Wadaslintang Reservoir waters exhibit a β-mesosaprobic/oligosaprobic phase, indicating very light to light pollution levels. |
