| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemetaan rantai pasok, kinerja rantai pasok, dan efisiensi rantai pasok kerupuk ikan di Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Blok Dukuh Kerupuk, Desa Kenanga, Kecamatan Sindang, Kabupaten Indramayu dikarenakan daerah ini merupakan sentra kerupuk di Kabupaten Indramayu. Metode Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan resonden pada produsen kerupuk ikan yaitu metode purposive sampling dan untuk pengambilan responden pada pedagang lainnya dan pengepul digunakan metode snowball sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 70 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 4 saluran yang terbentuk pada rantai pasok kerupuk ikan dan kondisi rantai pasok kerupuk ikan sudah berjalan dengan baik. Sebagian besar kinerja rantai pasok kerupuk ikan telah berjalan dengan baik, akan tetapi untuk indikator lead time pada produsen dan cash to cash cycle time pada pedagang besar masih perlu dioptimalkan. Efisiensi rantai pasok pada saluran I, II, dan III belum tergolong efisiein, sedangkan pada saluran IV sudah tergolong efisien. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to determine the supply chain mapping, supply chain performance, and supply chain efficiency of fish crackers in Indramayu Regency. This research was conducted in Dukuh Kerupuk Block, Kenanga Village, Sindang Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency because this area is the center of crackers in Indramayu Regency. The data collection method was carried out using the survey method. The method used to collect respondents on fish crackers producers was purposive sampling method and to collect respondents on other distributors and supplier used snowball sampling method with a total of 70 respondents. The results showed that there were 4 channels formed in the fish cracker supply chain and the condition of the fish cracker supply chain was running well. Most of the performance of the fish cracker supply chain has been running well, but the lead time indicators for producers and cash to cash cycle time for wholesalers still need to be optimized. Supply chain efficiency in channels I, II, and III is not yet classified as efficient, while channel IV is classified as efficient.
