| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Ekowisata pantai merupakan bagian dari ekowisata itu sendiri karena konsep ini memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dan merupakan salah satu jenis ekowisata yang berbasis pada sumber daya alam wilayah pesisir dan laut. Terdapat ekowisata pantai dengan sistem manajemen mandiri untuk operasionalnya dan belum memiliki harga tiket pasti untuk mengunjungi ekowisata pantai ini. Ekowisata pantai ini yaitu Ekowisata Pantai Kembar Terpadu. Ekowisata Pantai Kembar Terpadu dipilih untuk penelitian ini karena latar belakang sebagai salah satu lokasi ekowisata pantai yang tergolong baru di Kabupaten Kebumen dan sedang dalam proses mendapatkan sertifikasi sebagai wisata ekowisata pantai yang dikelola secara mandiri oleh masyarakat setempat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis beberapa kunci dari nilai investasi untuk revitalisasi fasilitas ekowisata pantai, nilai rata-rata WTP, nilai total WTP, menentukan harga tiket baru yang direkomendasikan untuk Ekowisata Pantai Kembar Terpadu, dan juga menganalisis kelayakan finansial (B/CRatio dan NPV) untuk revitalisasi fasilitas yang menjadi prioritas Ekowisata Pantai Kembar Terpadu. Beberapa rencana revitalisasi dibagi menjadi tiga penawaran (Pengelolaan Sampah, Tempat Parkir, dan Taman Bermain Anak) dengan tingkat Nilai Penawaran sebesar Rp. 5.000, Rp. 10.000, dan Rp. 20.000. Nilai B/CRatio pada penelitian ini yaitu 1.39. Diartikan bahwa total manfaat yang diperoleh lebih besar dari total biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk revitalisasi proyek Ekowisata Pantai Kembar Terpadu. Nilai B/CRatio >1, dapat disimpulkan bahwa proyek revitalisasi Ekowisata Pantai Kembar Terpadu layak untuk dilaksanakan dan proyek ini memiliki nilai ekonomi yang sangat menguntungkan dengan asumsi tingkat bunga 5% dalam jangka waktu 5 tahun dan Payback Period dengan jangka 2.95 tahun (bagi investor, laba tercermin dalam Net Present Value, yaitu Rp. 154,663,572. Keterbatasan penelitian ini yaitu Ekowisata Pantai Kembar Terpadu menghadapi tantangan karena sertifikasi ekowisata resmi yang belum terbit. Sertifikasi ini penting untuk pemasaran, dan menarik wisatawan sadar lingkungan. Analisis jumlah wisatawan didasarkan pada perhitungan dasar dan mungkin tidak secara akurat mencerminkan fluktuasi. Data yang lebih rinci diperlukan untuk perencanaan yang lebih baik. Dampak potensial dari revitalisasi parkir dan area anak-anak belum sepenuhnya dieksplorasi sehingga penelitian di masa depan perlu menilai pengaruhnya terhadap pengalaman, kapasitas, dan pendapatan wisatawan. |

Inggris) | Beach ecotourism is a part of ecotourism itself because this concept have a very close relationship and one of the types of ecotourism that is based on coastal and marine natural resources. There is a beach ecotourism with independent management system for the operational and does not yet have a fixed ticket price for visiting this beach ecotourism. This beach ecotourism namely Kembar Terpadu Beach Ecotourism. Kembar Terpadu Beach Ecotourism was chosen for this research due to the background of being one of the newer beach ecotourism sites in Kebumen regency and it’s currently in the process of obtaining certification as an ecotourism beach with independently managed by the villagers as local community. Aims of this research are to analyze several key investment value for facilities revitalization, average value of WTP, the total value of WTP, determining recommended new ticket price for Kembar Terpadu Beach Ecotourism, and also analyze the financial feasibility (B/CRatio and NPV) for Kembar Terpadu Beach Ecotourism’s priority facility revitalization. Several revitalization plan divided by three Bids (Waste Disposal, Parking Lot, and Child’s Playground) with level of Bids Value are Rp. 5,000, Rp. 10,000, and Rp. 20,000. The value of 𝐵/𝐶𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜 on this research is 1.39 explained the total benefits obtained are greater than the total costs incurred for the project revitalization of Kembar Terpadu Beach Ecotourism. B/CRatio Value >1, it can be concluded that Kembar Terpadu Beach Ecotourism revitalization project is worth to implementing revitalization and this project has a very profitable economic value with assuming an interest rate of 5% for 5 years and Payback Period 2.95 years (for investors, the profit is reflected in the Net Present Value, which is Rp. 154,663,572 (IDR). Limitation of this research is Kembar Terpadu Beach Ecotourism is facing challenges due to lack of official ecotourism certification. This certification is important for branding, marketing, and attracting eco-conscious tourists. The analysis of tourist numbers is based on estimates and may not accurately reflect fluctuations. More detailed data is needed for better planning. The potential impacts of revitalizing parking and children's areas are not fully explored. Future research should assess their influence on tourist experience, capacity, and revenue |
