| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Proyek konstruksi gedung merupakan suatu kegiatan yang melibatkan perencanaan, pembuatan, dan pemeliharaan suatu struktur atau bangunan gedung. Perlunya tahap perencanaan konstruksi yang matang untuk menghindari hal-hal yang terjadi pada masa pelaksanaan konstruksi. Kontrak konstruksi adalah perjanjian tertulis antara dua pihak atau lebih yang mengatur syarat-syarat, ketentuan-ketentuan, dan kewajiban-kewajiban yang harus dipatuhi dalam suatu proyek konstruksi. Pelaksanaan konstruksi sering kali berubah tidak sesuai perencanaan dikarenakan berbagai faktor. Perubahan-perubahan ini harus dicantumkan dalam kontrak konstruksi yang terbaru. Kegiatan ini disebut dengan Contract Change Order (CCO). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadi CCO pada penyedia jasa Pekerjaan Konstruksi dengan kualifikasi usaha besar. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebar melalui g-form secara online. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Relative Importance Index (RII) dengan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Hasil Perhitungan dengan metode RII didapatkan faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh dari variabel independen adalah Kesalahan Perencanaan Konstruksi (design/gambar) [DED1], Perubahan Design atas permintaan owner [PK4], Ketidakcocokan antara Design dan Keadaan [DED2], Gambar/spesifikasi yang Tidak Lengkap [DED3], sedangkan untuk variabel dependen adalah Mutu [CCO2] dan Biaya [CCO1]. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Building construction project is an activity that involves planning, manufacturing, and maintenance of a structure or building. The need for a mature construction planning stage to avoid things that happen during the construction implementation. A construction contract is a written agreement between two or more parties that regulates the terms, conditions, and obligations that must be obeyed in a construction project. Construction implementation often changes not according to plan due to various factors. These changes must be included in the latest construction contract. This activity is called Contract Change Order (CCO). Therefore, this study aims to identify the factors that cause CCO to occur in Construction Work service providers with large business qualifications. Methods Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed via g-form online. This research processes data using the Relative Importance Index (RII) with the help of the Microsoft Excel application. The calculation results with the RII method obtained the most influential factors of the independent variables are Construction Planning Errors (design / drawings) [DED1], Design Changes at the request of the owner [PK4], Mismatch between Design and Conditions [DED2], Incomplete Drawings / specifications [DED3], while for the dependent variable is Quality [CCO2] and Cost [CCO1]. |
