Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian "Pengaruh Suplementasi Fitogenik terhadap Kadar Total Protein dan Fibrinogen Darah Ayam Niaga Petelur" telah dilaksanakan pada 10 Juli- 3 September 2023, bertempat di Eksperimental Farm, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto dan Laboratorium Patologi Klinik, Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi fitogenik berupa tepung bawang putih, sambiloto, jahe, campuran ketiganya dan fitogenik yang paling efektif terhadap kadar total protein plasma dan fibrinogen darah ayam niaga petelur. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan, sehingga terdapat 25unit percobaan. Setiap unit percobaan terdiri atas 4 ekor ayam niaga petelur. Materi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ayam niaga petelur strain Hyline Brown sebanyak 100 ekor berumur 50 minggu. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah penambahan fitogenik yang terdiri atas P0: Pakan basal, P1: Pakan basal + 2% tepung bawangputih, P2: Pakan basal + 2 % tepung sambilto, P3: Pakan basal + 2 % tepung jahe dan P4: Pakan basal + 2 % campuran tepung bawang putih, sambiloto dan Jahe. Peubah yang diukur meliputi kadar total protein plasma dan fibrinogen darah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis variansi (Anava). Hasil rataan kadar total protein plasma yaitu 6,72 ± 0,76 g/dl sampai dengan 7,08 ± 0,33 g/dl. Hasil rataan kadar fibrinogen yaitu 0,67 ± 0,00 g/dL sampai dengan 0,76 ± 0,14 g/dL. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukan bahwa suplementasi fitogenik berupa tepung bawang putih, sambiloto, jahe, dan campuran ketiganya pada pakan basal ayam niaga petelur berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0.05) terhadap kadar total protein plasma dan fibrinogen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa fitogenik yang paling efektif adalah tepung sambiloto karena kadar total protein plasma yang diperoleh paling tinggi dibandingkan tepung jahe, bawang putih dan campuran ketiganya, begitu juga dengan nilai fibrinogen.

Inggris)The study titled "The Effect of Phytogenic Supplementation on Total Blood Protein and Fibrinogen Levels in Commercial Laying Hens" was conducted from July 10 to September 3, 2023, at the Experimental Farm, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto, and the Clinical Pathology Laboratory, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. The study aims to determine the effect of phytogenic supplementation in the form of garlic powder, sambiloto, ginger, a combination of the three, and to identify the most effective phytogenic on plasma total protein and blood fibrinogen levels in commercial laying hens. The research design used was a completely randomized design consisting of 5 treatments and 5 replications, resulting in 25 experimental units. Each experimental unit consisted of 4 commercial laying hens. The research material used in this study was 100 Hyline Brown strain commercial laying hens aged 50 weeks. The treatments were as follows: P0 (basal feed), P1 (basal feed + 2% garlic powder), P2 (basal feed + 2% sambiloto powder), P3 (basal feed + 2% ginger powder), and P4 (basal feed + 2% mixture of garlic, sambiloto, and ginger powders). The variables measured were plasma total protein levels and blood fibrinogen levels. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The average plasma total protein levels ranged from 6.72 ± 0.76 g/dL to 7.08 ± 0.33 g/dL. The average fibrinogen levels ranged from 0.67 ± 0.00 g/dL to 0.76 ± 0.14 g/dL. The analysis of variance results showed that phytogenic supplementation in the form of garlic powder, sambiloto, ginger, and their mixture in the basal feed of commercial laying hens had no significant effect (P>0.05) on plasma total protein levels and fibrinogen. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that sambiloto powder is the most effective phytogenic, as it resulted in the highest plasma total protein levels compared to ginger, garlic, and their mixture, as well as the highest fibrinogen levels.
