| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kegiatan magang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pertambahan bobot badan dan deplesi ayam broiler pada kandang closed house berdasarkan ketinggian lantai kandang. Materi yang digunakan ayam broiler strain Cobb CP 707 populasi 21.000 ekor pada kandang 2 dan 21.000 ekor pada kandang 3 dengan umur panen 35 hari. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sampling data dengan membagi ayam broiler menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu perlakuan 1 adalah kelompok ayam pada lantai 2 dengan ketinggian 3 meter dari tanah dan perlakuan 2 adalah kelompok ayam pada lantai 3 dengan ketinggian 5 meter dari tanah. Variabel yang diamati adalah pertambahan bobot badan (PBB) dan deplesi. Data dianalisis dengan uji T (T-test). Hasil magang menunjukkan rata-rata PBB pada lantai 2 dengan ketinggian 3 meter dari tanah sebesar 439,6 gram dan lantai 3 dengan ketinggian 5 meter dari tanah sebesar 471,4 gram dan rata-rata jumlah deplesi pada lantai 2 dengan ketinggian 3 meter dari tanah sebesar 1,886 % dan lantai 3 dengan ketinggian 5 meter dari tanah sebesar 2,075 %. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada PBB tetapi ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada deplesi. Pemeliharaan pada kandang closed house dengan lantai yang lebih tinggi dan lantai yang lebih rendah tidak memiliki perbedaan PBB yang signifikan, tetapi memiliki perbedaan deplesi yang signifikan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The internship activity aims to determine the comparison of body weight gain and depletion of broiler chickens in closed house cages based on the height of the cage floor. The material used was Cobb CP 707 strain broiler chickens with a population of 21,000 in cage 2 and 21,000 in cage 3 with a harvest age of 35 days. The method used was the data sampling method by dividing the broiler chickens into 2 groups, namely treatment 1 was a group of chickens on the 2nd floor with a height of 3 meters from the ground and treatment 2 was a group of chickens on the 3rd floor with a height of 5 meters from the ground. The variables observed were body weight gain (PBB) and depletion. Data were analyzed by T-test. The results of the internship showed that the average PBB on the 2nd floor with a height of 3 meters from the ground was 439.6 grams and the 3rd floor with a height of 5 meters from the ground was 471.4 grams and the average amount of depletion on the 2nd floor with a height of 3 meters from the ground was 1.886% and the 3rd floor with a height of 5 meters from the ground was 2.075%. These results show that there is no significant difference in PBB but there is a significant difference in depletion. Maintenance in a closed house with a higher floor and a lower floor does not have a significant difference in PBB, but has a significant difference in depletion. |
