| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Faktor- Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja Perempuan Tahun 2008- 2010 di Provinsi Jawa Tengah”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara usia, tingkat pendidikan dan daerah asal dengan tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja perempuan di wilayah Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis data sekunder (ADS) dan studi pustaka. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yang ada di kantor BPS purwokerto. Hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Terdapat hubungan antara usia dengan Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK) perempuan. Tidak adanya hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan TPAK perempuan. Karena tingkat pendidikan tidak atau belum tamat SD dan SD dengan pendidikan perguruan tinggi sama-sama memiliki TPAK perempuan yang tinggi. Terdapat hubungan antara daerah asal perkotaan dan pedesaan dengan tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja perempuan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The title of this research is “The Factors That Correlates With The Level of Participation of Female New Comer Labor In 2008-2010 in the Province of Central Java”. The purpose of this research is to describe the correlation between the age, the level of education and their region with the participation level of female new comer labor in the area of Central Java. The method of research in this research uses the method of quantitative research, and the method of data analysis uses the secondary data analysis (ADS) and literature study. Kind of data in this research is secondary data that has been obtained from the Statistical Central Board (BPS) that has Headquarter in BPS Purwokerto. The result of data analysis that has been conducted it is obtained the result as follow: the factors that correlates with the level of participation of the female new comer labor that is the age, the level of education and their place of birth. And there is the correlation between the age and the level of the Female New Comer Labor Participation (TPAK). There is no any correlation between the education and TPAK female. Because the level of education is not or not graduate in the elementary school SD and Elementary School SD with the university graduation both of them has similarity has high female TPAK. There is the correlation between the area or urban area and countryside area with the level of female new comer labor participation. |
